I'm a big fan of Touchnote and often, when I've met up with friends and we've taken pictures, I will send them a postcard of our time together afterwards to say how lovely it was. So many of them will... See more

Relatively easy. Add a text box (like this one) to give feedback.
I have used Touchnote cards and postcards for over 11 years. The postcards are great when travelling overseas as I can use a personal photo and I don't need to find a post office and buy stamps. The cards are useful for interstate and overseas friends and family members and I like to incorporate personal photos.
Absolutely love Touchnote. I send personalised cards with my own photos to family and friends all over the world. The service is excellent and customer service is brilliantly responsive.
The concept is great, but the execution is a big fail. I've been using TouchNote for around 20 or so cards (pre-paid subscription) over the space of more than a year and invariably they go missing or have significant delivery delays (weeks). TouchNote always offer to resent the cards, and on second attempt they do arrive within a few days, so it is difficult to figure out why this problem occurs. For whatever reason, it is disappointing that TouchNote knows about the persistent non-delivery or delayed delivery issues but continues to promote a 3-5 day delivery window on all their marketing.
This is a perfect way to send friends and family a greeting card using my art or my own photographs. I only wish there was a way to upload my signature. I am very pleased with the results and my family loves receiving their specially created card!
I love keeping in touch with my family all around the world. Not everyone can use social media to keep in contact. The cards bring so much pleasure - everyone feels loved, also putting family photos on the cards keeps everyone in touch and up to date with family news.
I order 2-3 cards every week to send to family and they love receiving them lovely cards with lots of options and arrive on time
Fab service can send card all occasion covered for a small fee great service highly recommended
Easy and fun to use! And recipients of a TouchNote are always pleasantly surprised. The time from order to delivery is fairly quick.
I've been using this app for 10+ years and it's good but hasn't grown with the times. It pushes a subscription now and that's annoying but there are only a few features locked behind the subscription. I've reported bugs with the app, particularly on duplicating cards and in the address book but they're still there years later even after I've gotten a new phone. Price is OK, obviously it's gone up dramatically in 10 years to more than $3 a card with subscription or $5 without, but it's not unreasonable and it's convenient to be able to send cards all over the world for the same price. Postcard quality remains good, people love getting them. I've had a recent spike of cards taking 10+ business days to arrive within the USA but in the past they have been fast. Compare with other services before trying, but I still use it. I just wish the quality and app had improved as the price tripled.
This is an ideal way to stay in touch with grandparents! I have a membership and whenever we have a great pic, I just fire it off with a quick note. All of the recipients have been thrilled. Making a postcard is fast and easy and the impact is so much bigger than just texting a copy.
The card came with a crease on it from handling by the postal service. They had no control over this but they still promptly gave me a credit and the card was still good quality.
Touch Note was a great service for me. I live in Switzerland but have family in the United States and France. I am also a new mom. Not only was I able to send thank you cards/announcements to our friends and family, I was able to do it easily on a mobile app. It could not have been easier for me. A was able to handwrite notes and upload it into the card for a nice personalized touch.

I love the range of cards you can use, but also the multiple photo option. I love how quick it is and how much more cheaply I can send cards to friends in Channel Islands, Ireland and UK from Australia and the quality of the cards is excellent. I have recommended it successfully to lots of friends!

TouchNote is a terrific app. Particularly good to show relatives and friends you’re thinking of them. I’ve got into the habit of firing off an impromptu picture of me with my family to my elderly mother, who’s amassed quite a collection. Or a photo taken at dinner sent as a thank you to the hosts. It’s so important to get photos off your phone and onto card and paper, otherwise they get forgotten about. Tech has come a million miles but life’s still better with pictures stuck to fridges.

I love using my own pictures as postcards to send to family and friends. It's lots of fun to send right after a vacation or visit. Either thanking them for a fun time, framing an old baby pic as bday card, or just using an encouraging quote to let them know I’m thinking of them. It’s easy to use and so personal! Also love the feature where you can use a pic for a stamp as well!! Fun, fun, fun!!!

They asked relevant questions in a friendly professional manner. Even double checking the information with me when I mis-spelled something.

TouchNote is an easy way of keeping in touch with friends and family. It’s really easy to use, not as impersonal as text or email, more like sending a letter so the recipient has something physical to hold and even a photo to share a special occasion. I love it, well done, TouchNote!
