Buying postcards is not always easy in other countries. But I love sending them! You don’t have to write a lot and the recipient knows you think about them. TouchNote allows you to take photos which are meaningful and send them as postcards to friends and family wherever you are. Love it!

First order - Never gave me a full refund for an order that was never sent.
I bought a valentine’s card and gift. After I placed my order I was told it couldn’t be “rendered” so then I was given tokens/credits to resend the greeting card, but heard no word about the gift.
The tokens did not equate to the value of my order, and it took a very long time for customer service to get back to me about the status of the gift.
I did eventually receive a partial refund, but I don’t want to use the tokens either. Very disappointed after reading so many positive reviews.
Also sadly, my valentine didn’t get the gift or card after all.

I haven't used touch note for a long time. The whole process was very time consuming. All I wanted to do was create a birthday card and text a message. So often when I tapped on something nothing happened or it showed up with something else. My card should be Tent fold but I could not find the text to write a message across the width of the card.I go to pay and the price includes credits which I did not request. Yet again go back and spend more time finding a single card payment only.

I love being able to quickly and easily send a postcard— using my own photo— to friends and/or family. The price is good too! Super convenient. No need to find a stamp and post office. Service is quick and the quality is very good. And the app is even fun to use!

It’s gotten way too expensive. I’ve been a subscriber for close to 10 years. But I need to cancel cause I can’t afford to keep paying what I do.

I use Touchnote primarily to send postcards using my mobile. I have done so for a few years so clearly it works. However, I do find the interface a bit clunky and some things could be improved as they don't work as one might expect.
I would like to see it made easier to re-use a previous card and easily change some of the photos.

Excellent service - big selection of prints and templates. Colours are true and as expected. Image quality of uploaded photos is excellent. Cards posted from NZ arrive on time in England and Australia. Good value for money.

Absolutely love TouchNote. I’ve been sending my grandma postcards with my own photos every week for four years. It’s like analog Snapchat. She loves it. So easy to order, and they always arrive

Love this company but don’t trust the time frame they give. It always takes 10 or more days to get my cards.
