The tour guide we had in Jordan was excellent! Very passionate and well informed. It’s a long trip starting from tel aviv, but we’ll worth it.

The tour to Masada and Dead Sea was amazing. I really wanted to see Ein Gedi. It seems there was a glitch according to our tour guide and we didn't have reservations so we didn't get in. It was terrible. We should have not been let down like that. Other groups were entering the park.

From start to finish, our day was perfect. From pick-up at our place to the transfers and the driver to Petra (who stopped to treat us to some local bread), everyone was professional and wonderfully warm. Our guide in Petra, Ahmed, was engaging, knowledgable, and by the end of the tour, it felt like we had made a new friend. The perfect trip.

Good pick up and transfer from Jerusalem to Eilat. The only thing I think they should change is to drop anyone whose is staying in Eilat off first or get everyone off the bus and they sell them the border fee tickets. (We arrived at the Jordan border and they go through who is staying on bus (which i think was only 4-5 of us, then they go over the whole border crossing and the fee to buy the ticket from him and then they go through the whole bus and let people pay then they get everyone off and get their luggage and then we proceeded to Eilat) We were supposed to arrive in Eilat at 0800 and would have if not for the whole long stop at border, we had a 0900 tour leaving from Eilat that we barely made! (Also it said Eilat central station would be our drop off but our bus took us to one about a 5-7 min walk from that station)

We had a very nice day seeing many sites in Jerusalem and the tour guide was very sweet though I would say on a Christian Jerusalem tour you really need someone that knows Christianity very well or is a Christian. A couple questions were asked, which he didn’t know the answer to and was sort of guessing but he did admit he wasn’t sure. he did a nice job reading from the Bible at the specific locations that we were visiting. I would just say to him to read the early church fathers 1st century writings so that you can see what was said in the first century by those believers basically hanging out with the apostles and also reading a book like the Case for Christ, which contains history, writings of Romans and Jews, archaeology and science to help make your tour better and help you understand why we travel thousands of miles to see where Jesus lived and taught. Many miracles in Christianity still happen every day with cures, incorruptible bodies and bleeding Eucharist, which is basically Jesus hitting us over the head and saying wake up don’t you see these clues I am giving you so I want all my Christian brothers and sisters to get as much as they can out of the Jerusalem day tour. We want the tour guide to understand our enthusiasm with us.

Our tour guide Sivan was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and it was great learning about the history of Jaffa. We enjoyed how he interacted with us so that we can get more involved with tour and the history of Jaffa.

Well organised 2 day trip to Wadi Rum and Petra. With nice accommodation, professional transport and boarder crossing service. We would have loved some more hours in Petra, as this was the main destination of the tour. Also the tour guide should be more sensitive on different perspective on women's rights and participation.

This was our 4th Tourist Israel tour on our 2 week Middle East vacation. The entire day was awesome except a couple small hiccups, making this not a 5 star day. First, our guide, Dotan, was amazing, giving not only excellent stories and history, but he literally would take 10-15 minutes providing an in-depth answer to any questions we had. True professional to the highest sense! The only negative issues we had were an u planned stop at a beach on the Sea of Galilee where he allowed us to put our feet in the water, taking time away from our next stop at Capernaum, and we skipped a couple other places that were named in the itinerary. He did provide narratives on them, but was slightly disappointed we didn’t get to visit them. The other issue was our lunch stop. We were taken to an upstairs “cafeteria” where we were given 3 options of dishes. The food was OK, but the value for the money was definitely not worth it, at around $37 per person… for lunch! Our guide did ask for feedback on the restaurant as it was his first time there as well. Everybody gave him the same feedback feeling it was a rip off for the price.
Other than those couple issues, this was an amazing day!

5 stars - after we reached to Jordan. The guide was very experienced and the site was just amazing.
3 stars - overall tour operation to Jordan border. The driver did not check who joined the tour and whenever we had a break on the way to the border (or from the border) we were not informed how long we planned to stop…
Under such situations, I wonder if someone may be left out during the tour in the dark as we needed to move in the early morning or late at night.

The hotel was quite near the daily pickup point for our tour. It is also near all amenities. The staff was professional and friendly and our room was clean and well maintained.
However, our experience with taxi driver that drove us to the airport was unpleasant. This was booked through the hotel. The price was quoted as 190ils (using credit card) by the reception and lower if paid by cash. As I had no cash on hand, the driver said that I had to pay an additional 7ils. I informed him the cash and credit card payment type as agreed with the hotel and he said he was unhappy and told me not to talk further though I volunteered to pay the additional 7ils. It was really a situation awkward all the way to the airport. I booked a taxi through the hotel to have a smooth journey unfortunately this situation still happens..

Super fun meeting people all around the world and experiencing the unique world of Jordan together. Ahmed was great and not only guided us through the red tape but added wisdom and levity to the experience. The 3 day/2 night wadi rum/petra tour is worth it if you want to get to see more than just the canyon path to/and the Treasury of Petra (which is only about 25% of Petra), but you'll get most of the fun with just the two (wadi rum/Petra) if youre pressed on time. One of the best parts of Petra for me is the hike you can do from little Petra to the monestary which you can only do with 6hrs+ in Petra. Like for many the wadi rum also is an underrated highlight.
An Israel day trip to petra from anywhere but Eilat is way too much travel in my opinion, so try to go at least 1 night near Petra/wadi rum in Jordan, no matter what you end up doing. Have fun!
