Nightmare!
It feels like a bad joke to ask me to rate my experience with your service, given that I still haven’t received what I ordered and paid for three weeks ago.
Instead of immediately resending the order that your own business partner, Colissimo, lost, you are making me wait until you receive compensation from them, while I have to keep chasing you just to find out when I will finally receive the items I need.
On top of that, you have now stopped replying to my emails.
I am extremely disappointed.
Update: 5/5/2026
Parcel finally received yesterday, 4th May 2026, after almost 28 days in transit due to mishandling from the Grek Postal company (ELTA). THLP performed any possible actions to resolve the case but they should seriously reconsider their carrier business parthenrs.

We would like to clarify that we were informed of the delivery issue on April 23 and opened a claim with the carrier the same day. The carrier must now complete its checks with the postal services involved before confirming whether the parcel can still be located or must be considered lost.
We also confirm that we are not waiting for compensation before handling your case. Several replies were sent to explain the situation and the process in progress, and we are sorry if our follow-up did not feel clear or reassuring enough.
We understand that this delay is frustrating, especially when the items are needed urgently, and we will continue to follow the case until a solution can be provided.

Great products, but GLS....
Great products. fast service and shipping but packaging is not safe enough to send with GLS. Did several orders in the last years but did not get even one parcel in undamaged condition.
But for the items i ordered arrived in good condition i give 5 stars for the shop and delivery.
GLS would not get any star at all.

Order: the ETA changed after the factory adjusted its production schedule. Each change appears in your order page. If you prefer not to wait, we can cancel and refund in full; if you keep the order, we’ll notify you on firm milestones (allocation/shipping).
