Poor return policy
Solid company, excellent pricing. But dishonest return policy. I returned to speakers in near perfect condition (very small mounting marks), and they imposed a 40% discount. They justify this discount as necessary to re-list the goods. Personally, I don't see an issue so long as the goods are re-listed with this same discount, which does not appear to be the case. At present it feels like they profit from a customer's mistake. This feels dishonest and mis-aligned.

Please allow us to clarify: when a product shows mounting marks or signs of use, it can no longer be resold as new. To offer it again, we must reclassify it as a refurbished or discounted item, which requires a significant reduction in value. This is why a deduction was applied to your return.
We would like to emphasize that TLHP does not make any profit on the management of Stock B products. The discount is directly applied to the product’s value, and the item is then relisted with the same reduction, or sometimes even a greater one. All returned items subject to a discount are systematically reclassified as Stock B before being offered for sale again. To date, we have already listed more than three hundred different references in this category. You can find them under the “Universes” of each brand/manufacturer, or directly through our search engine by entering the term STOCK B. Currently, more than fifty different models are available online as Stock B products.
We understand this may feel frustrating, but we want to assure you that our intention is not to take unfair advantage, but rather to ensure that every customer receives a product in new condition, given the sensitivity of the components we distribute. Your feedback is important, and we will work to make these conditions clearer in the future.

International Buyers only get a Credit Note "NO REFUND"
Mid Bass driver arrived but was a different finnish to the OEM Mission Driver [Mission 754] so wanted to return for a full refund less delivery - only to be informed that Internation Buyers only get a Credit Note. Website very misleading.. Will not be shopping with THLP again.RMA 150002595

As stated in our return policy, international orders are eligible for a credit note rather than a refund, due to customs and cross-border processing constraints. We regret if this point wasn’t sufficiently clear at the time of your order, and we’ll take your comment into account to improve the clarity of the information on our website.
That said, we do offer a 90-day withdrawal period, giving you the flexibility to change your mind. The credit note is valid for one year, which allows you to reorder another model that may be more suitable.

Excellent products but customer service poor
Excellent products, price but delivery and customer service need severe upgrade. Shipping costs charged are too high vs the speed of delivery. I compared with their major competitor and tlhp lack behind. Just after the order I sent a message to them asking to change the product with a more expensive but they haven't took care of the request and even not responded to me. Don't think will order again

Finally I managed to buy my speaker units!
I was pleasantly surprised because a simple visit to see how things will go, ended in a purchase! All went flawlessly and I found answers to all the questions I had, without bothering anyone. Every time there was a simple, honest explanation somewhere at the site. Sure a little more variety on the products is very important and the charge on the debit card shouldn't exist theoretically, but practically who knows.. Thanks
