My daughter's birthday was around the corner and I had delivered this exact bed from a different website (wayfair) which was more expensive. Wayfair canceled my order TWICE. So I was desperately looking for the same bed , I have never ordered from this website so I was worried. After speaking with a representative/ looking @ their Instagram/ & looking at reviews, I was convinced. The representative answered all the questions I had & put my mind at ease! Thank you !

Had a great experience with customer service agent Lauryn. I needed to make some changes to my order and she helped me through out the process. She was very kind and kept me updated. Also, the items I've received are all great quality. Would definitely shop again!

I bought two things from TOV so far - a super cool long fringe lamp, and a concrete side table, both in black.
I am very happy with the products, the communication and the customer service. The designs I bought were postmodern and very current, more so than I could find elsewhere. The prices are very reasonable, and I think great quality for the price point. I am not looking for heirloom furniture here. I think TOV does a great job at what they do.

I love my new furniture and it was very simple to place the order.

Dean was absolutely wonderful in helping me return some furniture pieces that unfortunately arrived damaged (there was a large crack along the side of the furniture and the drawers didn't line up / close correctly). He was very kind, helpful and patient in answering all of my questions / addressing my concerns. His communication skills were top notch and I am sure he is a star at Tov and will be wherever he may find himself in the future.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish from Tov and their shipping company. Ordered dining chairs. Even better than expected. And delivery was smooth and easy. Based on my experience, I am pleased to recommend Tov Furniture.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking to purchase for a client, the product was priced well, available and shipped out same day. When it was received it was not damaged and packaged well. Clients love the two ottomans and they are perfect for their space!

Faith helped resolve an issue for a customer promptly and professionally. I'll continue to buy from TOV because of their quality products, uniqueness in design, impeccable customer service, and their follow-through and resolution to any issue.

TOV admitted to having inventory issues which meant instead of a full unit, I ended up with two ottomans for $509 each. Customer service said they would “fight for me and try to figure something out” they fought so hard I guess they forgot to call me back. These are super cheap. The fabric feels like it won’t last a year. Crap furniture made in China, not “ handcrafted by fine furniture makers”. Run from this brand and let them run themselves into the ground. Crapola

UPDATE - Your response is useless. What about the fact because of your inventory issues and the several orders I placed that were cancelled, I now have two ottomans. WTH am I going to do with two ottomans for $1,000?!. You’re also avoiding the quality issues. Close up shop and save people these ridiculous outcomes.

UPDATE 2: They are fighting to have this review taken down, saying I didn’t place an order with them even though I submitted the correct doc. Hilarious.

Every customer needs to have Stephanie as their person; she was thorough honest and always always answered my emails with my many questions. She followed through from the sale to the delivery and beyond (checking to see if I was loving my chairs).
