The table arrived and was very high quality. However, the wood did not look like the website photos, it was very pink tinted. I also posted a review on their website sharing that the table color was pink-tinted. They deleted it. Do not trust the reviews on their website!

I requested to return the table immediately upon delivery and 2 months later, I am still waiting for my refund. The company has horrible communication and does not reply to emails. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

UPDATE to counter the review response: you did not reply to my emails and provide a refund until after I posted this negative review and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I followed your return policy to a tee, yet you did not honor it until I took these extreme measures. To make matters worse, you still charged me exorbitant return shipping costs and deducted it from my refund. Avoid doing business with TOV Furniture at all costs!

So disappointed with Tov , they refuse to return sofa cuz I didn’t have the packaging that their carrier took it upon delivery, have 2 other order to be delivered will be canceling, they asked to resell the sofa to get my money back unprofessional!!!

I ordered nightstands from Tov a couple of months ago and had a smooth and easy purchase. They shipped quickly, were well-packed and already assembled, which makes them very sturdy. I'd definitely buy from Tov again and recommend them to friends.

I absolutely love my TOV furniture. The quality and comfort of each piece is definitely a top priority for me when choosing furniture. The delivery time was reasonable. I will definitely be ordering again.

I am not usually one to take a risk spending 1k on furniture from a place I had never heard of, especially online. However, I am SO glad I did! I can’t say enough about how well my furniture was packaged. It came perfect, not a scratch which is impressive for something made of solid wood and prolly over 200lbs. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Just Meh. Furniture, my dresser, the back of it came all damaged, mdf wood was crushed prolly due to shipping. The dresser was 999.99 and they refunded me around 325. They asked if I wanted to return it but this this was a large piece and sitting in my dining room with the boxes crushed. I did not want to deal with repackaging or having a shipping company come to my house again.

The pieces looked great on the website and pictures but when I got them they had lose or missing nails or bolts. When I opened a few drawers the little screws that were holding pieces together were just lying in the drawer moving back and forth. A lot of scratches on the dressers - I sent pictures. Poor paint job on bottom of night stands, dressers, etc. Just because its the bottom doesnt mean it shouldnt have some quality for the amount of money spent.

I spent over 5-6k at tov in under a month and the customer service was meh. I asked several times for a manager to follow up to which no one did - so no one really cares over there. Maybe the owners are so rich and swimming in their mula that they do not have time to call any customers and get feedback. I will think twice before spending loads of money there.

I absolutely love my piece. Easy to assemble and beautiful! The quality of the product is amazing! The instructions were easy.

After shopping around for months for a quality "cloud sectional" at a reasonable price, we settled on the Cali Pearl Modular 4 Piece Sectional. We were a little apprehensive not seeing/feeling it in person, but pulled the trigger anyway. And. . .we couldn't be more happy with our decision. The piece(s) shipped quickly and were delivered on time, and are of an outstanding quality. Excellent experience and would happily purchase from TOV Furniture again.

I ordered TOV's Tribal Oval Wall Mirror for my tropical vibe foyer. It's so unique and simply gorgeous! Unfortunately, it arrived with cracked mirror glass. I contacted customer service and they arranged to have a replacement sent to me right away. Fun, design-forward furnishings and accessories and exceptional customer service--I'll be shopping at TOV again!

We ordered two Arno grey velvet sofas online for the living room and it arrived on promised time and we were kept informed on the tracking. The furniture is beautiful stylish with great quality. We are extremely satisfied with TOV Furniture and will do business with them again.

I was looking for a chair for my music room and fell in love with the Mimosa Black Velvet Swivel chair. I was concerned about the quality of the velvet and requested a sample. They promptly sent a fabric sample and it was everything I loved about velvet. I love TOV’s prompt customer service response. my item was delayed due to low inventory but you communicated when it would be back in stock. Once in stock, you communicated again when it shipped out. Love the quality and uniqueness of your furniture.

The nightstand I ordered arrived on time and in a well-protected box, only had to attach the pull. Very pleased!

TOV Furniture has a great selection of interesting pieces, when they come, they are nice quality. I said "when they come" because the items are almost never in stock, even when they say they are in stock. I've ordered from them 5 times because I love their selection, but every single time, I've received an email stating the items I ordered are now on backorder. I've cancelled two orders, received two orders, and am about to cancel my final order with them after receiving another "we're sorry" email. When I followed up on my most recent order, I was told the items are ready to be shipped, just awaiting the carrier to pick them up...they have no idea when the carrier will pick them up (weird). The next day, I get an email that the inventory was miscounted so I won't be receiving my order any time soon (VERY inconvenient and they don't offer you anything for the incessant inconveniences). Their customer service is great, they're quick and convenient with the online chat feature but I don't want to deal with their customer service every single time I want to give them my money. I want my items to arrive in a timely manner.
