Made sure the correct item was ordered changed part number to match my car modelrefunded difference and delivered all in the time it takes other to do first delivery.

This was the best price I could find on the web and they delivered quickly for free. My only gripe was that a week later it was £20 cheaper!

nice piece of kit saved me a fortune

I ordered roof bars that stated they are correct for my vehicle but unfortunately it does not fit and I contacted them to inform them and they talked to me into buying another part and told me it would then fit but once again it does not, the part they have sent is the same part which is part of the original roof bar kit. The reason I have need the roof bars is I have a job which requires me to carry equipment that will not fit inside my vehicle, this has become a major headache for me. These roof bars do not fit my type of vehicle and they need to be aware of this. I am now having to arrange for the parts to be sent back and a refund to be given and I need to start all over again, it has lost 2 possibly 3 weeks of work for me.

I drive a 2007 Cadillac BLS and I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. I contacted the Bosal Sales Manager for the Johannesburg region and asked him whether Bosal SA would be able to help me to source the Bosal tow bar for my car. Unfortunately it was too much of an effort for the manager to help me as I only got excuses at to why Bosal SA could not help me. I am therefore very thankful that I could order the tow bar from Towequipe.co.uk. The tow bar I ordered was delivered to my friend in Corby two days after I placed the order which is just amazing service. My friend Corby will be sending the tow bar to me.

Brilliant fast service , great product

Kit included everything needed including splice blocks and buzzer. Fitting instructions were included, but no car specific wiring diagram - there was with the last towbar from towquipe. But no can-bus on car so wiring was easy. Didn't pay for fast service but arrived next day, courier emailed expected time for delivery. Cheapest anywhere for a Witter towbar - plust loyalty discount. Excellent.

Very reliable company, tow bar is well constructed, good welds, has full instructions for fitting and is well protected against corrosion, etc.

Would use again for next car's towing setup.
