Excellent quality product at a good price. The only let down was courier who failed to show as promised.
Good communication from TowEquipe and good price for Witter towbar.
Courier DPD sent an email saying they would deliver next day but goods arrived a day later. Inconvenient as my neighbour waited in to receive the parcel.

Shame that I had to buy a total tow-bar kit, when all I actually wanted was the tow bar neck - the price differentail being less than >£10
Notwithstanding, the transit delivery time was good and the tow bar neck fitted my existing basal tow-bar installation on my Hondo CRV.
