The first order I made I called up to check it was in stock and was told it was. Placed the order to be told it was not in stock. Went on for weeks until I canceled the order.

Next order I made it said 3/4 days delivery time on line. As soon as I made the order I got a call to say it will take 1/2 weeks. I waited the full 14 days before calling again. I was told it "had just arrived today" in the shop and they will send it out. I received it 3 days later.

I wonder if it had been in for a long time and my order was lost.

I've just ordered & received two tow bar kits from Towequipe, one for a Subaru Outback one for a Land Rover Discovery 3. Both were reasonably priced and for the Outback I was advised of additional items that I would need (bypass relay). However with the Discovery the first call to Towequipe to price up the kit for the customer resulted in wrong information being given. It was priced up with a generic wiring kit for the vehicle, when I called back luckily I must have got hold of a senior sales person as they advised me that the Discovery needed a vehicle specific wiring loom (problem as I had already quoted my customer). But the sales person did find an alternative tow bar kit which was cheeper but still a quality bar (Witter) which did save some face with the customer. I then did have an issue getting a copy of an invoice from a foreign sounding member of staff who either did not understand what I wanted or didn't know what they were doing as they kept sending emails with an invoice number but no invoice attached (and it was a foreign sounding sales person that initially priced up the Discovery). This was resolved in the end.

My Tow Bar from Towequipe is of a very good Quality, and very easy to fit, with good instructions. Would recomend Towequipe to friends and family.
The Courier Service was Very Bad, infact they lost my item, I had No contact from them and had to contact Towequipe, They responded very Quickly and I received my item two days later.

I ordered a motorcycle cover from these guys. When it turned up, it didn't fit. Which was a bit disheartening due to the cost. However, after getting in touch about it, they spoke to their tech team about the issue. After I returned the item, they sent me one that would fit and now I'm a happy chappy again. There was quite a few emails back and forth and they always kept me up to date with what was going on in the whole process. The customer service I received really was first class, second to none. Absolutely no issues and would be confident to order from them again.

What can I say......received payment and dispatch emails, delivered in good time, good products, what else can you ask for, well done towequipe!

I initially used Towequipe for the purchase of a Witter removable towbar/towball and a separate Westfalia vehicle-specific wiring kit. Their service was second to none. There had been a minor discrepancy in the postage charge, which was sorted out extremely swiftly. Due to the quality of their service, I then purchased a Thule Easyfold cycle carrier. Because of my prior purchases, I received a discount on the cycle carrier which made it considerably cheaper than ALL other providers of that product. When I had some minor problems with one of the products, their technical assistance enabled me to rectify it almost instantly. Other queries were dealt with in a swift manner. In these days of anticipated mediocre service, I was extremely impressed with Towequipe. Theirs is the epitome of good customer service and the application of human intelligence. If only all other companies had the same ethos. I cannot recommend Towequipe highly enough to do them justice. They are simply marvellous!

I found Towequipe on e-Bay and that transaction worked really easily. I then needed something else which I got directly from their site. Communications worked really well and everything seems to be top quality.

Was pleased with 1st purchase , 2nd was a nightmare . Passed over from one person to another, Language problems with some advisers and slow postage . Incorrect estimate and told false information .Would be wary of buying from again.

I ordered my Thule 591 in the afternoon and it was delivered free at lunchtime the following day. At every stage I was kept advised and the tracking link and information was accurate. delivery by the courier was spot on and courteous.

Good product, quick delivery and good prices.

I have now purchased a few tow bars and electrics from this company, and there have been a few hiccups along the way, but the customer service and the willingness to resolve any issues by the staff have made me keep coming back to them. The one down side I have found is it is very difficult to get hold of the technical support when needed.
