We have further improved our systems after consulting the manufacturer to make it clearer for future customers ordering the same product regarding the bumper removal and cutting. The additional wiring kit is recommended if the vehicle is made from 2002 onwards to protect the engine management system alongside the standard wiring. We have a dedicated technical help line for any fitting issues and would be happy to help prior to fitment if advised. We are still able to get a fitting call back if this would be acceptable; we hope to hear from the customer again.

Extremely helpful and obliging
I bought a universal dog guard from this company for my Toyota Yaris, however it didn't fit although it came up in the search bar on ebay. I gave them neutral feedback as I was unhappy with the item because it said that it should fit my car. Towequipe emailed me straight away to ask what the problem was and asked for my number so that someone could call me back. After speaking to someone else we came to the conclusion that the dog guard would probably fit an older model Toyota yaris as they are a different shape. They said that they would be happy to exchange it if I sent it back and take 10 per cent off the the price of one that would fit even though I had thrown the packaging away - as long as I removed the neutral feedback which I was happy to do. I have now received the new one and this seems fine. So all in all a very helpful company.

Great price, prompt delivery - would recommend
The product was as described for the best price. I am on the Isle of Man and some companies take advantage of that by charging a fortune for delivery, not this one. Product arrived quickly and in good condition. Overall I'm impressed and would happily recommend this company to anyone.

the website is very user friendly and informative. i needed to check which type of towbar was suitable for my Peugeot 207 SW with reversing sensors. I got through to the helpline very quickly and was given great advice. The person i spoke to was very courteous and knowledgeable.
