I've never made claims before, so with Tower this is my first. Absolutely worse service. My vehicle claim was advised to them on July 17th, today is August 10th and they still can not make an informed decision or give me an outcome, useless comms and assessors. HIGHLY recommend Do not sign up with Tower Insurance.

Comparision
I have been a long-time customer of Tower, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of competitiveness in your car insurance premiums. Your rates are significantly higher than those offered by other insurance companies for comparable cover.
As a loyal customer, I would expect Tower to offer competitive pricing, but unfortunately this has not been the case. I have therefore switched my car insurance to another provider offering a much more competitive premium.
I have given Tower a 3-star rating because, while I have been a long-standing customer, loyalty should not come at the expense of paying substantially more for the same level of cover.
I strongly encourage Tower to review its pricing and consider offering more competitive premiums to retain long-term customers. If your rates remain significantly higher than those of your competitors, I will seriously consider moving my remaining insurance policies to another provider as well.

Poor Service
Lodged claim on 28th June, still waiting for it to be settled 6th August, at least 12 calls to call center, multiple promises of call backs, none ever received, had to chase with assessors to sort it out. Payment was promised and not made, simple claim, poor service
