Tower GROSSLY INCOMPETENT…
Tower incompetent handling of home and contents policies contracted for by me, left me completely uninsured for 3 days. Because of their appalling manipulation, the policies were both cancelled in writing several days prior to the (botched) start date imposed by Tower BUT MONEY STILL TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Now i have to sue them to get it back.

Unable to change payment method
It said that payment was unsuccessful because I had an expired card. However could not find a way to change the card and post payment said cannot change it as can only change when a payment needs to be made.

Easy enough to switch though a few…
Easy enough to switch though a few issues with quote vs price. Plus the insured value in quote didn't carry over so had to redo which added to the final cost. Price is okay for the market.

I have been overseas and you had insured my rental whilst I am away, 8 years, on returning I got a new quote just because I could, shocked to find that your premium is $1,000 dearer, the reason I have canceled my policy.
