Great mirrors but the overall experience is poor. Firstly, there is no way to acsertain the correct mirror for your vehicle, if, like mine, it falls between to generations - a simple 'enter your car registration' would suffice. Secondly, the reurns process is horrendous. As I had assumed from the website address (.co.uk) that they're UK based, I didn't think there would be an issue. However, they're actually based in Holland. This, I believe, is very misleading. As we are no longer part of the EU, they cannot issue a returns label, I have to pay for the shipping (it is unclear if I will be reimbursed) at £35 and had to fill numerous customs forms out. As I write this, I'm £155 down, with no mirrors to show for it, two weeks after I returned the items.

Advertised as the uk site for ZOLIO B.V
Advertised direct and through various other agents, offering car specific door extension mirrors for towing! in perticular German makes.
The one for my vehicle Skoda Enyaq just doesnt fit, if tightend up as required bends the plastic so far in it would break the mirror carrier, so dont buy if you have the same vehicle as me,
Customer service as yet non existant!!!!
