They were polite, thorough and fast. Lamar was helpful and understanding.

I went in to get some help with my tire. Bryan was patient, informative, and answered all my questions.Bryan was able to breakdown the issues of my tire in simpler terms because I am far from car-saavy. Great customer service!!

I first gave a 1 star review because after getting 4 new tires I almost lost a wheel, all lug nuts were loose and had a broken wheel stud on the rear driver side. It also ruined my rim. When I called customer service's 800 number, they were no help at all. After writing the review Shane Howard and his crew at the Claremont, NH location contacted me immediately and assured me they would take care of everything. And they did! They replaced my rim and checked to make sure everything was ok. I really appreciate how they stepped up to made things right. That's how customer service should be. I will be going back again to that location. The customer service # out of East Haven Conn. could learn a lot from the Claremont, NH crew!

I was looking for a customer service feedback on their website but there doesn't seem to be one; only a tire review section. I had a 2:30 appointment on 9/6/22 at the North Providence, RI store to have a screw removed from my driver's side front tire. I arrived on time and was waited on by Clerk # 160M as indicated on the invoice (A different clerk told me later her name is Dorrie). An hour later my truck was still as I parked it. It was not even moved. I then asked Dorrie how long should a flat repair take. She told be around 45 minutes. I informed it the truck had not even been moved for over an hour. She said she would find out what is going on and would be right back. I waited at the counter. When she did not return in 10 minutes, I asked another clerk what is going on with my truck and why Dorrie left me standing here and did not return. After he went out back, he returned to tell me that the truck was just being pulled in and it would take about an hour more and when a customer asks about time the clerk is "required" to tell the customer 2 hours. . When I paid the charges (advertised as free flat repair!!!!), I again asked why Dorrie did not return to tell me what was going on. The second clerk said she must have forgot. I also noticed she put 42518 milage down when I told her 20601 for current milage. Huh???? So several questions: What is the purpose of the appointment if it still took two hours? Why would Dorrie tell me 45 minutes. How could she "forget" and leave me standing at the counter. And why did she put the incorrect milage on the paperwork? Why wasn't I informed of certain charges ahead of time for this "free" repair? Kinda upset at this very non-professional and dis-respectful treatment.

Update as of 9/20/2022
On 9/8/22, I received an email from Rich Allen, Director of Customer Service. He apologized for the unprofessional service I received, clarified that the flat repair is free but there are recommended extras, such as tire balancing and valve replacement, that are sold at a discounted price that I should have been told about before the repair, and stated that he would send a check in the amount of $50 to refund the charges and to "have some lunch" for the inconvenience. I also received a phone call from Dorrie, the clerk who walked away from me. She apologized and stated verbally a $40 check will be sent to me. I received a check in yesterday's mail in the amount of $13.32 as a refund of the actual charges with a cover letter from Mr. Allen saying the refund was for "the inconvenience of the situation". Huh? He told me $50. Dorrie told me $40. Actual amount is $13.32. I sent him an email last night asking why he didn't follow through and I am waiting on a reply. At this point, I changed the experience to one star because of the follow through.

Update 9/27/22: Rich Allen responded to my email asking why the check I received was $13.32 and not the $50 he stated in his email. He responded timely by the next day saying there was a "typo" causing the different check amount and that he will have a check for $90 (his $50 and Dorrie's $40 per above) sent to me. He apologized for the situation again. I received the $90 check yesterday. So I am torn as to the rating. The treatment should not have happened at all but there was follow up. There was a mistake on the follow up causing more emails. Mr.Allen appeared genuinely concerned. So I changed the rating to 4 star solely due to his actions. Not 5 star because this bad treatment should not have happened at all and I had to follow up multiple times.

Had a fantastic experience in the Plainville store today! I was traveling from Plymouth and called Town Fair Tire to make an appointment since my low tire pressure light went on. The service rep charged me $7.50 up front and took in my Subaru Outback. It took a while but that was due to their thorough work, ended up cleaning the rims and new valve stems on 2 tires that were leaking! Also gave me a quote for rear brakes! I will definitely come back here for future service! Thank you!

I just went to town fair tire in Claremont nh and Shane was so helpful I’d give him 10 stars if I could!They we’re closing at 4 and I showed up at 3:55 cause my tire had a leak and he was more than helpful and got it all fixed and it’s 4:12 and it’s all fixed!Thank you guys!Id probly drive all the way to Claremont although I’m not around here very often just to have these guys service my car needs in the future thanks!

I had bought four new Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires at the Walpole Town Fair Tire in Walpole for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata on November 2, 2020. Norm, the store manager was extremely helpful. This morning, September 1, 2022, my passage rear tire pressure went from 35 psi to 19 psi. I went to work and on the way home I stopped by the Walpole store for air. I arrived at 1:20 and it only took 10 minutes. The technician showed me a nail was in the bottom of the tire. I went inside and told Pete at the desk arraigned for the tire to be fixed. I told him I had a 3 PM meeting so I had to leave in an hour. Eric repaired the tire quickly. I was out by 2:20. Pete and Eric were excellent. They were both friendly and professional. I have bought three sets of tires from this store and I recommend the same store to family and friends who also bought tires. Pete and Eric are fine representatives for Town Fair.

I was assisted by Dave at the Palomba Dr Enfield location and he was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He provides excellent customer service !

Bob in Manchester --Great service!!I stopped in to see about my air pressure in my tires. Bob had me pull my car up to the air station. He checked all my tires and filled them with the appropriate levels of air. Figured out how my car warning sign goes off and everything. Bob was great!! I would come back to get tires there when needed because of him. Thank you Bob!

Had an alignment done about 2 months and had two bad ball joints and they still did an alignment even though there were bad parts. Had parts replaced and hoped they would possibly align the car and not charge me and the service employee told me he didn’t see a problem not charging me again. Be wary of having your car aligned here. They are just here to take your money.

Went in for a tire repair. Craig was friendly, courtous, and knowledgable. He explained the process and the repair was done promptly.

Gilly treated me like family. I really appreciate the professionalism he displayed. We are now and will forever be a Town Fair family. Thank you Gilly.

I went to the Colony Place Location late in the day and The Manager went above and beyond for me! Tom was so friendly and accommodating. I will be sure to send people to this location service is outstanding!

I just want to thank Kyle at the south Portland store. I had had a problem with the studs coming off my tires when they were rotated he sent out for the parts and put them on himself. Very good customer service I really appreciate it he did a great job.

James at the Newington NH store was very courteous and helpful when I picked up my repaired tire. Top notch service!!!

Joe in Plaistow was very professional and helpful! My new tire had a slow leak and a screw was found in it. No pressure was made to replace it said that a patch would easily repair the problem. He had it fixed and me on my way in under an hour. I have been using Town Fair Tire for my tires and have bought several sets over the years.

The service was excellent with regard to checking our current tires due to a slow leak in one of them. I have stopped there before to ask questions about new tires for our other vehicle. The staff is always ready to help and answer any questions.

Mustafa was very helpful. But the organization and leadership of the shop is horrible. They allow the workers to pick and choose what tickets get handled first and not by what was next in line. I arrived at 8am and 10:30 my vehicle was still not in the shop, after being told it would be a 2hr wait. Very disappointed with the service and way that the shop is ran. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!
