I was so disappointed today, I had an appointment for a tire rotation at 10:30 am, they call my name at 12:05 thinking I’m good to go, surprise they haven’t even started, he was just looking for the wheel locks, which last time i used was at tft, terrible service front and back of the shop, if you can’t do the service on time what’s the point to make an appointment

The Falmouth store is a role model for TFT and Ricky is a true representative of what customer service is all about.
He was professional, knowledgable, responsive and kind. From the moment I walked in, he struck me as someone that the TFT CEO, local store manager, and fellow employees likely see as a leader and face of TFT.
Due to supply chain issues, beyond any of our control, securing a specific all-weather tire/size was very difficult. Ricky's steadfast pursuit to provide me with updates and his diligence to solve my tire issue was very much appreciated. Within a few days, I was driving away with the needed tire shipped from clear across the country.
Kudos to Ricky, Tom, and the entire TFT crew from Falmouth MA!

Never again. Was quoted just under $65 to have my wheels re-balanced as I had lost a couple wheel weights. Made a 9AM appointment. Arrived for the appointment and was then told it cost me $99 for the service. Ok. Then said it would be $19 for an alignment so I said ok as the car does have a slight pull to the left. Well, $120 later, my vehicle still has a vibration and despite that the paperwork says they corrected the alignment, my vehicle still has a pull. The car was on the alignment machine for not even 5 mins. Very unsatisfactory work provided from there. Town fair tire Nashua nh

Deven at the Amherst St Nashua NH TFT was a great assistance to me today. I wanted to pay for the service but he fixed my flat wheelbarrow tire free of charge. He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. A rarity in this day and age...

So I had my tires on my Rav 4 replaced today at the Topsham, Maine location. I made my appointment last week, had a reminder text. Everything seemed fine. I dropped my car off this morning at 7:45, then left it for the day. I received at call at 10:30 a.m. saying my vehicle was "all set".

I returned to TFT at 4 pm to pick up my car. As I was checking out and they were showing me my tire alignment report, there was a broken nut along with it. There was a note written at the bottom saying right rear toe eccentric nut is broken. Huh- shouldn't they have told me this when they called at 10:30? I asked if this was safe to drive. They didn't know so went and checked. Turned out it was not.

So I was told I needed to get it to a mechanic- which I could not- I was speechless quite honestly. I had a PT appointment (which I had to cancel) and needed my vehicle for a doctor's appt tomorrow morning before work.

They said they would get me a rental car and that I would have to leave my car until they could fix the nut- tomorrow. I am not happy. I understand mistakes happen but this is not just a minor mistake- one that I cannot drive on and I need another car.

So- yes I am getting rental, and yes they did give me discounted tires, but this is unacceptable. I would have been fine if they called me and then fixed it during the day. I can deal with that- that is the responsible thing to do. I am very displeased and will not be coming back to TFT.

I had a very bad experience at Walmart Auto Center in Worcester. After being there for almost an hour while they search for a tire I pd for online & got a text saying my order was ready to be picked up. I missed my 5pm appointment for someone I knew who was going to put my tire on for free. I drove by Town Fair Tire and saw they were open till 6pm. With only a half hour to spare. I decided to stop and just ask if they could possibly help me with a tire mount & to also put the tire on my car. Nate was the young man who helped me at Town Fair Tire. He saved the day and was able too squeeze me in. Thanks Nate & everyone at Town Fair Tire!!!!

I went to the location on 23 Home Depot drive in Plymouth MA. I had the pleasure of dealing with one of your employees I believe his name was James and I just wanted to say the professionalism, The customer service was a 10 out of 10. I’ve gone to other locations and felt as if I was a bother to them. James made me feel right at home & had a answer to every question. He guided me in the right direction on what tire would be best for me and my budget! It’s hard to come by young people who take jobs seriously! Give this man a promotion or a raise! Keep up the great work james!

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, they were waiting for me, the whole process for four tires an an alignment took only 45 minutes. best tire experience ever.

Jesse is great always helpful and has a great attitude. We love when he comes to our shop!

Went to the Norwalk store on Main Avenue with a flat tire. They were not sure if it could be repaired, thus said let's call you later. That afternoon I drove home with a fixed tire - No Charge!! Just such a wonderful experience.

I brought my car into the Town Fair Tire location at 1355 Douglas Avenue in North Providence for a slow leak in my tire. I was greeted by Bill, who took a look at the tire and said he would get someone to work on it right away. He led me over to the customer waiting area and assured me it wouldn't take long to diagnose and fix the problem. He was pleasant, courteous, and absolutely correct - They found a nail in the tire which was fixed right away. This is the fabulous customer care I've come to depend on at this location. Rob does a great job as Manager of this location and Bill is a very helpful and kind associate. I highly recommend Town Fair, and specifically this location! I would not even consider going anywhere else for tires and service!

Very courteous and professional. I went in for an estimate. When I asked about when we could schedule, they said they could complete 4 new tires and alignment within the hour. They delivered!

service staff needs a lot of help with customer service.
Dropped a tire off on Saturday. Was told it would be ready Monday and they would call me. They did not, so I called them. They put me on hold for so long that the call went to VM. I called back and was told the tire had a puncture in the side wall and could not be fixed. I said it was a brand new tire that was in for a leak (probably the seal since it was a new tire). Oh, then in that case, I think I fixed it. was it a puncture or did you fix the leak? Let me check. My mistake, it was the valve steam that was leaking and I since it is a metal valve stem and I don't have any of those, I can't replace it. Hmm, how about replacing it with a rubber one? I don't think it will fit, but I can try, I will call you tomorrow when it is ready. I did not get a call on Tuesday, so called on Wednesday morning. This time I got Tom on the phone. Let me check if that tire is ready. He put the phone down, instead of putting me on hold, to go check. When he came back (I heard him come back) he picked up the phone and hung up. I called back, again. Tom again, yes the tire is ready. I will be right in. When I got there, Tom was at the front desk and just finished something up. He then saw me and said he would be right with me, he had to go outside and unload the truckload of tires. 5 minutes later someone else that was at the counter asked if I was picking up. yes. Here is your tire right here.

You need some serious training for your counter staff. Too many repeat calls, Too much misinformation and poor customer service.

I used to come here for all of my tire needs. I will be reconsidering this on my next purchase.

Went to the Billerica store to get new tires installed and customer service rep Jay was very helpful and nice!
