I forgot my original appointment date and showed up the next day thinking this was the day. Mel in the Quincy store, was the best, he was able to get me in and also told me I had selected the wrong size for my truck, and the brand I paid for did not have my size. He got me better tires and honored the price I paid. He was so friendly and kind. I will recommend this store to everyone. Thanks Mel :)

Service manger was nice, went in for tire rotation and he recommended a alignment also on how tires were wearing, so I agreed. At state inspection next week I needed new front tie rods and another alignment

Review edited. Tire purchase offers free rotation. I was told by my local store, incorrectly, that set appointments are only available at certain times of the year. The only option the store offered was to leave my vehicle for the day or wait a potentially long period of time. As a result of this Trustpilot review, I was contacted by Town Fair customer service and given an appointment of my choosing. I appreciate the follow up and appropriate service in the end. I bought tires here based on the ability to have free rotations as needed (every 5000 miles) and have now been told they don’t make appointments for rotations and you have to drop your car off in the morning for pick up by 7pm. Since I only have one car, this is not going to work for me. I will no longer be doing business with this company.

I brought my car in for 4 new tires after running over a piece of metal and I cannot say enough great things about Noah. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and got me set up with my new tires. In a stroke of bad luck, I needed to replace one just one week later. Again, Noah was incredibly helpful - he even remembered me from the week before. He made a bummer of a situation so much better with his outstanding customer service. I can't recommend Noah enough. Thank you!

Shevar at Townfair Tires in Middletown was amazing! I had an emergenncy with my tire was lucky enough to be near the Middletown Townfair store. Shevar made sure my tire was attended to right away and I was in and out in an hour, which was imperative because I had to be in class to teach at the university within the hour! Thank you for the prompt service!

I came in with a completely blown tire. Juggling two toddlers and a dog, I was pretty frazzled. All of the employees were super friendly, patient and helpful, and got me in and out as quickly as possible. They helped put my spare tire on, free of charge. I would definitely recommend this location.

I recently purchased new winter tires at your West Lebanon, NH store. Craig and all the folks at the store were great at getting me in for the new winter tires all the way around despite it being the start the busy time for that service. I had one tire that wasn't holding air and again, Craig and folks went out of their way to help me and get the problem resolved. I would recommend the west leb store for service to anyone. 5 stars

I pulled into the Town Fair Tire on Main St. in Weymouth. They haven’t officially opened yet, but I needed new tires yesterday. Seth said no problem, I can help you out. He brought me out back and showed me my options, and was very knowledgeable about the performance of each option. I got the Hankook New Englander 4S, but they do have cheaper tires in stock. Jorge, one of the technicians, was friendly and efficient. 4 tires and an alignment in under an hour. Seth gave me a print-out of my alignment before and after the service. Great guys, great work! I would HIGHLY recommend Town Fair Tire on Main St. In Weymouth. They put the service back into customer service. Donny M

I called to order wheels for my truck and spoke with Javon. It was a pleasant experience, Javon answered all of my questions in a professional manner and was able to schedule an appointment for me the next day.

I visited the North Nashua, NH store for a tire that was losing air. I would like to acknowledge Deven Alexander at the Sales Desk who took care of me. He thoroughly explained the problem and how it was resolved. I am totally satified and will return at a later date to purchase a new set of tires.

Hannah was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Walked us through the purchasing process and made sure everything was done perfectly. Town Fair Tire should be proud to have such and employee on staff.

This is a second horrific experience and the last. This place is careless and negligent. They put your safety at risk.
The first time they failed to find a slow leak caused by a nail in the tire although I went back two times when the tire continued to leak. The problem was discovered in ten minutes by a competitor.
The second time they gouged me for a new tire, jerked me around over the appointment and sent me away with a faulty value stem causing the tire to flat out overnight. Already paid tow fees. Again a competitor examined their work and found the faulty value stem.
These mistakes are basic.
Don’t let these incompetent goons touch your vehicle
They are a safety hazard.

Town Fair Tire in Northampton, Mass. was awesome! I got good prices and fast service! I got four tires, balancing, a front-end alignment in much less time than I expected!

CJ at this location goes above and beyond when my family (3 cars) needs tires. After browsing and calling the competitors ie: Firestone, Mavis Tires & Brakes, and Meineke, Town Fair Tire delivers where the competition does not. CJ, “clarifies and educates you on the tires I’m looking to buy”, where the competition appears to only inflate quotes. My new tires I just purchased Continental Extreme feel like a new pair of sneakers 24/7. The store personnel at this location First Class!
