They were terrific!!! I bought 4 Michelin tires and saved $300! They were accommodating, professional and offer lots of free maintenance services for the tires. Couldn’t be better!!!
Awful everything, rude customer service, shoddy workmanship, could care less about their mistakes and blame the customer needing other work done. Bought 4 tires and they were not balanced properly... See more

Thank you for helping to get my family…
Thank you for helping to get my family home safely after they got a flat tire at closing time in the pouring rain!!
A store with employees that care
Wednesday evening, we were leaving to go home from Boston to Morganton, N.C. The weather was windy with pouring rain. We saw the air pressure light come on and realized we might be getting a flat tire. we couldn't just get off the highway. It was rush hour and extremely busy .We passed a few streets that were dark and realized there wasn't any car repair shops there or any type of shops . We were looking for any sign of people who would help up. That's when I noticed a sign in the distance that said Town Fair Tire. We called and they said they closed in 20 minutes.we headed for a gas station to put air in the tire first. My husband was drenched trying to fill the tire. Before he could finish, a man drove up in his car to tell us he was from Town air Tire. His name was Giovanni. He said Mike , who answered the phone when we called, told him how our tire was going flat and we were headed home from Boston to Morganton, N.C. . They both were concerned about us not being able to make it home. They said they would hope if this happened to their grand parents or parents, that someone would be kind to them and help out. Giovanni said to follow him to Town Fair Tires and they would stay open long enough tp fix our tire and send us on our way. When we got to the shop, Mike helped my Aunt, who is 85 years old out of the car and brought us all in the shop while they fixed our tire. He was very kind. The good news is that they were able to fix the tire. I don't know what would have happened if Mike and Giovanni didn't help us. We will forever remember their kindness. I hope if anybody reads this they will choose Town Fair Tires to take care of any tire issues. You won't regret your decision. Two caring gentlemen that could have just closed the store and went home, but thought of how they could help first.
Thank you Mike and Giovanni.

Oh I forgot the part you wouldn't expect.
No charge! Just wanted to do the right thing.
TRUST, KINDNESS AND GO THE MILE
BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH. WE WERE TRAVELING FROM BOSTON MA TO NC AND GOT A FLAT IN THE POURING RAIN AND HIGH WINDS, WE CALLED THE TOWN FAIR TIRE IN ROCKY HILL, CT. LOCATION WHICH WAS JUST ACROSS THE STREET WHERE WE PULLED IN TO GET GAS. MIKE ANSWERED AND SAID WE CLOSE IN 20 MINS TO RUSH OVER AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF US. WELL I COULDN'T DRIVE ON THE TIRE THE WAY IT WAS, SO WAITED IN LINE TO GET AIR INTO THE FLAT SO I COULD DRIVE ACROSS. MIKE TOOK THE TIME TO COME ACROSS THE STREET AND HELP ME GET THE TIRE INFLATED SO I COULD GET THERE. HE SAID HE TALKED TO HIS BOSS, GIOVANNI, AND THEY AGREED TO STAY OPEN AND FIX WHATEVER WAS NEEDED SO WE COULD HAVE A SAFE TRIP HOME (ANOTHER 14 HR DRIVE). WELL ONCE WE GOT THERE, THEY MADE SURE THE 3 OF US WERE COMFORTABLE IN A WARM DRY PLACE INCLUDE OUR DOG. MIKE FIXED THE FLAT AND DID EVEN TRY TO SELL US A NEW TIRE. AFTER ALL THAT TIME AND EFFORT INCLUDING KEEPING THE STORE PASSED CLOSING, THEY WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE ANY PAYMENT. WE WILL REMEMBER FOREVER HOW WELL THEY TREATED US AND PLAN TO PAY THAT KINDNESS FORWARD IN THE FUTURE. WISH THERE WAS A TOWN FAIR TIRE DEALERSHIP WHERE WE LIVE.
GOD BLESS MIKE AND GIOVANNI. FROM
DON, LINDA AND MARY ( OUR 85 YEAR OLD AUNT).
Did not get the tires I ordered! Two hours late starting the work!
There were a couple of issues. First they did not have the tires I ordered here when I arrived. And instead replaced them with another brand. I had no time to research the tire or know if what they were giving me was comprable. I arrived 1 hour before my scheduled appointment and dropped the car off. I was told it would be 90 minutes to do the work. When I arrives two hours after my scheduled appointment was to start, THEY STILL DID NOT HAVE MY CAR IN THE BAY! I was told it was going to be ANOTHER two hours before it was done! Horrible experience. If I was told it would take that long I would not have planned my day around it like I did... And I did not get the tires I ordered!!
TERRIBLE Experience
I will NEVER be back to Town Faire Tire. Where to even begin? I went in on Friday the 11th to purchase 4 new tires and an alignment. The quote came up to over 700 dollars. So asked him what for? TFT Charges over $20 PER TIRE to Balance tires. That is OBSURD and WAY over priced. Then they charge a fee to recondition my TPMS. Most TPMS Systems reset themselves. The guy at the counter said they would have to recondition them or they would have to replace them. That is 100% false. That should have been my first clue to bail out. I did not. They had no available times until the following Friday, a week later. Okay, fair enough. So I paid the over 700 dollars up front and received an invoice. Welp, I bring my car back on Friday at the scheduled time. They tell me it would be 2 hours. No problem. About an hour and half pass and I get a call that my car was ready. I go to the counter and the guy hands me my keys. I go out to my car and realize, no, in fact, NOTHING had been done. I go back inside and tell the guy. At that time another lady was speaking with the manager because TFT had messed up her appointment. The customer wanted the car done because she too had scheduled a time and the MANAGER says "Okay yeah, ill just call all my customers then and put you in front of them." EXTREMELY rude after TFT messed up. So then he comes to speak with me. I am then told they could NOT do the work because my "lug nuts are swollen and they couldnt get their tool on them." He stated he had tried to call me. I RECIEVED NO CALL. The only call I received was them telling my car was ready. ANOTHER LIE. I offered to go loosen them with my tool in the car. Then it changes to "oh we can get them off, we just cant torque them." So another lie. I asked If I could purchase lugs from TFT and he says no that I could "only get them from the dealership." ANOTHER LIE. So at this point, I just asked for my money back. The MANAGER would not give it back because I didnt have the card I used to purchase them. I had the invoice. I asked If I purchased the tires could he refund the rest of it. Again, no. So now I have to drive BACK today from Newport, on a donut mind you, to get my money back. Your manager has a terrible attitude, TERRIBLE customer service and lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They where busy and all this was, was a way to not have to do the work on a car. You guys overcharge for service and have terrible customer service.
Tire Rotation Fiasco
Had an appointment to have my four tires rotated and once I got there, they refused to do the rotation, claiming that the tires were defective and too old (which they were not). The tires had plenty of wear still left on them and the "supposed" defects were not apparent to me. The whole purpose of the "free" rotation seems to be to get you to spend more money on tires or services. In addition, the person who inspected my tires was extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nick at your Salem NH store was very helpful, courteous and answered all my questions.
Came in to have 4 new tires installed…
Came in to have 4 new tires installed on my Chevy Silverado. Ricardo was very helpful. I had originally planned on buying Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac that had been ordered over the phone with someone else the week before. After talking with Ricardo about my needs and wanting a tire with a good warranty he told me about the Falken Wildpeak AT which had a better tread wear warranty and was a better rated tire. They were more money than the Goodyear tires but, Ricardo gave me the Falken tires for the same price as the Goodyears and even honored the rebate the had just expired for the Falken. I had also bought tires for my other vehicle from him about 2 months ago. Very nice and knowledgeable guy.
EVERYBODY BEATS TOWN FAIR TIRE! NEVER USE THEM!
The slogan, “NOBODY beats Town Fair Tire” complete bull CRAP! It should be EVERYBODY beats Town Fair Tire! I make an appointment 2 days in advance. Take time off of work. Show up to the appointment. Oh sorry we don’t have you’re tires.. total inconvenience. I make an appointment for the next day. Rent a car leave my car there. Same thing.. late in the day I get a call. Oh sorry AGAIN! We Don’t have your tires!! FINALLY the next day.. after MORE inconvenience my tires get done… I was understandably upset so I spoke with customer service promising money off my bill. I wasn’t going to be able to pick up my car by the time they closed. So I spoke with the manager on the phone “confirming” with him that my Keys and invoice would be in the car and money was taken off my bill. I show up later that night. No keys in the car or invoice! I had to COME BACK. And pick up my key and invoice just to find out they did not money off my bill. Rich Allen the customer service rep couldn’t even do his job and keep his promises. This is not the only time I’ve been screwed and had a terrible experience with town fair. DO NOT EVER USE TOWN FAIR TIRE! I will never come back.
This morning I hit a pothole and it…
This morning I hit a pothole and it destroyed my tire. I was able to drive it to the nearest Town Fair Tire Center at 1736 Boston Rd, Springfield MA and Dave Clerk # 056F was so quick, helpful, sincere, and the epitome of phenomenal customer service. You made my crappy morning so much better, I thank you!! The tire being put on with alignment only took 40 minutes. Truly am so appreciative for all the workers at TFT Boston Rd. You have earned a lifelong customer.
I will not be returning any car for service and will advise others to avoid this chain.
They made me sit there for an hour and a half without telling me their alignment tech went home early. The person behind the counter tried to do it only when I said something about it. How long was I supposed to sit there? If he told me that an hour ago I could have gone somewhere else and have it completed. I am a mechanic and have worked for Town Fair Tire in the past. I know how long it takes to accomplish this task.
TFT in Londonderry/Garrett was awesome!
I bought 4 new tires from the Londonderry store a year a go and just got a nail in one that couldn't be fixed. Garret the mgr. was awesome and replaced all 4 tires with new ones because it was what was best for my Cadillac SRX and well under the cost for 1 new tire!
Thanks Garret and your team!!
I would give the Chicopee store zero!!!
I would give the Chicopee store zero stars!! I purchased 4 new TOYO AT3 today(1 Nov 2022) and the installer damage all 4 wheels/rims of my 2021 AT4. He mounted 3 tires one way and a one tire a different way. The yellow circle that comes from the factory tire to help balance was not by the valve stem. The old glue from the old wheel weights is still on the wheel/rim. The store manager didn't care (too busy to help me because he had to do inventory). Regional manager was at the store he was too busy to look at it or speak to me due to being on a phone call. The assistant manager or store manager was suppose to call me back by 6pm close of business and never did. This was poor customer services and care.
The Derby Town Fair Tire is King

Jameson and the crew at Town Fair Tire…
Jameson and the crew at Town Fair Tire in Concord NH were great. Jameson was very knowledgeable about the tires they sell, he was up front with prices and explained any rebates that were taking place. His communication (cell phone call updates during waiting period) was very much appreciated. After the tires were installed, he explained all that was done and any issues that were addressed. Thank you.
Helpful, honest and Fair...
Called Manchester NH Town Fair this morning at 8:00 with a need for tires by end of day. Paul gave me an afternoon appointment to discuss tire options.
He checked my tires and wheels. Being something of a unicorn, my AWD minivan needs good quality, somewhat pricy tires.
Instead of selling me 4 tires, he gauged all 4 and assured me I needed only 2, saving me about $500!
Guess Paul is somewhat of a unicorn too!
Thanks Paul!
Great customer service
I went to town fair tire yesterday on New Britain Ave. in West Hartford. I had just gotten a bolt in my tire. I was greeted and helped by Bob, who was more than welcome to help me with my issue. I was more than distressed to say the least… he came out, took a look at both of my tires cause I had mentioned that one of them was losing air as well. Bob said he might be able to take care of both my issues without having me buy two new tires! I was more than relieved that he was willing to try to fix my issue instead of sell me something I didn’t necessarily need. An hour later he fixed both of my issues and my total was $26.00 what started has a stressful day turn into a great day! I didn’t have to spend money I didn’t have and Bob was a decent human who wanted to help me not just take my money. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend town fair tire in west Hartford!
Good people over there
I had a minor issue with one of my tires and brought it into the shop in Johnston. Dan Fonteno was super friendly and took care of me right away with no issues. Next time I need tires, I know where to go. Thanks, Dan, you saved my day!
Great experience with TMPS sensor help in Littleton MA
I was into the Littleton MA store this morning for tire service. Bruno took me right in to help me with a TPMS sensor. I was taken care of and out the door in 10 minutes. What a great experience, thanks Bruno
