I had a tire repaired at the Walpole location and the service was above and beyond. Great staff at this location.

I had four new tires installed. The service was great and the manager Brian Vadenais was very helpful when I had to change the original quote because of a computer glitch. Was very happy with the service and it only took about 45 minutes. Thanks guys

Who do I complain to about bad service and why the person who sold me the tires told me to come back in 25 miles after the tires were installed. They also told me my lug nuts for my car are hard to remove and that is why it is taking so long. Which is a boldface lie. I know I removed them with a tire iron. So I am concerned that there may be some safety issues with the result of this service which took 3.5 hours. They didn't start working on the car until I had been waiting 2.5 hours. So I would like to provide the details of my horrendous experience. And, this isn't the first bad experience.

Hannah is a skilled & articulate sales rep. Honest and helpful dealing with stock obstacle. Solved problem with grace & speed. Bought 4 tires , coverage. We will refer others after this experience. Thanks for intelligent employee & good training!

Purchased 4 brand new Milestar Patagonia 37” tires. The tire techs, after 5 attempts, couldn’t even balance them. They then tried to charge me! Now I’m stuck with 2 tires that are no good and 2 tires that have worn unevenly.

Wallingford CT. Very bad customer service in this store. Clerk at front not knowledgeable in the least. Bought 2 tires. 2 weeks later had to replace one because of a bubble. Clerk was trying to charge me. No clue of anything. Then the tech broke my lug nut off with out ever telling his manager or me. The customer. I feel I was taken advantage of. Now I have to make yet another appt to replace the wheel stud. I'm very disappointed in this place. Disgusted. Not to mention the clerk handed me the lug nut without ever saying a word to me. I had a witness with me at the time.

Just purchased 4 new all season tires from Hannah at the west Warwick store. Hannah was very knowledgeable when it comes to tires, She made it extremely easy to find the tires that were right for me, she was funny, friendly and absolutely adorable🤷🏼‍♀️ not that that matters, but thank you Hannah!

I had a large bolt im my tire so it had to be replaced. Nate was friendly, courteous and. Professional. The repair took much less time than estimated too! I would recommend Town Fair Tire to ayone.

I went into the Hyannis store on the Tuesday after Christmas and had 4 tires changed. They gave me a great deal on the tires and was done with an alignment and mounting of the tires in 2 hours. They mentioned that I would need a tire pressure indicator due to the age of the car. I went back a week later and had 4 indicators done in an hour. Great work especially from Dustin today.

Clive in the Hyannis store knew I was coming and already had the tires in stock. He was extremely helpful and polite.

Made an appointment for 4 new tires a week in advance. Was told it would take 1.5 hours to complete. After waiting almost 4 hours on site, I asked for an update only to be told that they couldn't get the tire locks off with the key so they did not put on the new tires. No one told me and I ended up having to take a half a day off work for nothing. It is now going to take weeks to get into someplace else.

I arrived for my 7:45am drop off of keys on this day, but come to find the drop box locked. Upon waiting for the store to open for 8am, Shevar greeted me with a good morning how may I help you. Letting him know I was there for a drop off, but lock box was locked, he got right to looking up my appointment for the day, we headed outside to my vehicle 🚗 and then I was told the charges maybe more than the quote I was given by the sales department the day before. Upon explaining that I had the name of the sales associate John and my quote did not include this additional $70, I would not be paying anymore than my quote. Returning into the shop to complete my appointment, Shevar informed me that sales did not call to ensure that the tires I was promised was available for my appointment. I’m immediately not happy and asked does this mean I am not able to get tires for my vehicle. Shevar reassured me, he will find another set of tires comparable and upon my asking because this is now an upgrade due to the error from sales am I being charged more!!! This was met with a no mama, we will honor and give you the same price quoted from sales. I must give a great deal of kudos to Shevar who works at the Town Fair Tire location at 848 Washington Street, Middletown, CT 06457 for not only defusing what could have been a very upset customer, to taking care of my appointment and upholding the quote that was received by the sales team. Thank you Town Fair Tire for a great turnaround of an error that was unforeseen. If Shevar has not been addressed for his care of his customers, I for one want to let his manager know he needs to be commended.

Long wait times, could not schedule appointment on the website because the Dayville, CT store does not come up in the list of choices. When they took my snow tires off in the Spring, they caused a slow leak to one of my valve stems which I had to pay to get fixed. Recently, I had the snow tires put on and my tire light came on again but this time the garage is telling me they damaged the sensor so again I have to pay for a repair caused by them. I also don't understand why their website claims they offer free lifetime change overs if you purchase tires from them but I have been charged every time. I tried to call store but no one picked up. I left message and have not received a return call yet.

*** 1Hr late starting the work for a Pre-Scheduled Appt!!!***
Pre-Scheduled 11am Appt, yet Tires not ready for mounting upon arrival. Had to wait 1hr before they even requested my truck from the parking lot (and they knew I was there waiting). Then, had to wait another 2hrs for them to do the work. ***HORRIBLE Experience-In total, I was there for 3hrs for a prescheduled appointment by the time they were done!! If I was told it would take that long I would not have planned my day around it like I did...life is too short. Research alternatives to this or better yet...go elsewhere!!

I went into Town fair tire in Middletown on Nov.8th and the service was pleasant and the service was pretty quick I thought. They had to order my tire from another location but the job got done that same day thank you to the Manager Brittany for following threw and seeing it done promptly truly appreciated. Anna

Went there to change tires on 12/03 1:30 pm. I had cash in my glove compartment. Checked my truck before I left their parking lot and noticed my glove compartment wasn’t closed all the way. Looked into the bag the money was in it and it was gone. $861 were missing from my truck. Police and attorney involved. And will not let go until they find the thief. we actually just moved to maine recently and was looking to do business with them for all of our cars

Bought tires last year from you folks in the Hyannis store and the experience was overall great - I wish I had left a review then! Went back last week for a "slow leak" and AGAIN, the overall experience was great. This time I was helped by Dustin.
