Been going to town fair tire for a couple of years now and was furious to notice after waiting a couple of hours to have my tires rotated that they were never rotated at all. How did I notice you may ask? I forgot to tell the service tech that I had a roofing nail stuck in my back left tire and to please repair it. After getting my keys back I thought it was odd that there was no mention of it so when I returned home I checked and there it was still in my back left tire. Makes me wonder if my brakes were actually changed and the tires I bought were the actual tires I paid for. What a disappointment.

Town Fair Tires in Topsham is one of the most impressive businesses I've dealt with in a long time. From the minute I walked in, Zach couldn't have been more helpful. He went out to my car, showed me the situation, then inside he explained my choices. He gave me the pros & cons of each, then when I brought my car in, he made sure that everything was perfect. While I was there, I asked for their advice about turning in my car or buying out the lease. Peter went out, crawled under the car, and checked everything...and I'd thought I was just there for tires!

Excellent service from the staff at the Seekonk, Ma location. Nico went above and beyond to help me find out what the problem was with my tire pressure. I was in the day before and two mechanics also helped me.

Ordered rims and tires for sons car, they came in and winter of the Claremont nh town fair tire store informed us that they would need to mount 1 of the tires to new rims and make sure they fit because of no return I guess once mounted although they have in writing 30 day ride guarantee, anyway the appt that should’ve taken hr or 2 tops ended up being 4 hours,one reason is they had to travel to another town fair store to get correct lugs,and to have alignment afterwards.that being said as soon as we we’re taking car to few towns away noticed vibrations, like the wheels wanted to come off, so we got back to house I jacked the car up and put on stands and took all BRAND NEW WHEELS AND TIRES to different tire shop and had them put them all on balance machine,3 out of the 4 tire were off one was 3/4 once off another was 1 1/4 ounce off and the last was 1 and 3/4 ounces off, this is absolutely ridiculous and down right neglect and very unsafe,to the “tech” in the bay shame on them and this company before now at other locations have been great but not this Claremont nh location HUGE red flag, oh almost forgot the car pulled to the right after getting back, we just got it from the dealership with stock rims and tires and ran smooth and straight as an arrow like it’s supposed too. Just completely absurd!!!!

Had 4 wheel alignment done in Newton, MA shop. Customer service from Jake and Cory were great. Brought my car in at 8:00am, done before 9:00am. Courteous, prompt and professional! Kudos well deserved.

Today, I called TFT in Walpole, MA and asked if they had time to check a slow leak in one of my wife's tires. The answering service told me they couldn't give me a wait time, but walk-ins are welcome. I drove 20 minutes to the location, arriving at 1:15 and they told me they could give me a 2:30 appt. I figured I could kill time and come back at 2:30. I arrived back at 2:25 and was told it may take 1 1/2 hours, but more than likely only 45 minutes, great. I went and had lunch, arriving back at 3:05 anticipating some progress, the vehicle had not been touched. I gave it it until 3:15, walked to the desk and asked when it might be looked at. The "manager" Steve told me that it should be soon, the tech is just getting back from lunch and will likely get right to it. I wasn't overly encouraged with Steve's response, so I confirmed that nothing had been done and no charges were incurred and said "forget it, I have to go". I had wasted 2 valuable hours of my Saturday thinking I might get good service-WRONG. The kicker was Steve's response, when I said "forget it, I have to go" Steve said "awesome", that's it, "awesome". I'm guessing that's not likely what Steve was trained to say in a situation like this, correct? Steve made no attempt to rectify the situation. Suffice it to say, I will use this first and last encounter at TFT as a reason to never waste my time at any of your locations ever again and I will encourage everyone I know to seek other, more customer oriented companies with their tire needs. Perhaps you can use this complaint to enlighten your future managers in their manager -in-training sessions.

Great follow up. I purchased new tires back in October at the Williston, VT store. After installation I noticed one tire losing air and brought the vehicle back to TFT to have it checked out. Skylar at the Williston store got right to this and found that the leaky tire had a damaged air stem. It was promptly replaced at no charge.
Great, fast, customer-oriented service.

Two weeks ago I wrote a fairly negative review of TFT because they refused to take responsibility for a problem that they caused with my car (a broken wheel lug stud). After contacting the Corporate Customer Service and explaining my situation they agreed that I was due a full refund of my out of pocket expenses and took full responsibility. I have now changed my review to a "5" as all of my previous experiences with TFT were very good and all I ask is that a business take responsibility for problems with workmanship. TFT did so I will continue to take my business to them and rate them highly.

Town Fair Tire in Watertown MA has consistently impressed me with their service. Thank you Carl and crew. Today was my 4th visit in the last couple years. They are unfailingly polite, the shop is clean and well appointed. The staff and techs really know their stuff and the prices are fair. I rarely write reviews but these guys deserve one.- Joe B.

They broke my brake line putting 4 tires on my car in Johnston ri Hartford Avenue from banging on it and hole in gas tank not happy with them cost me to fix over a thousand dollars they should of fixed it sad

Bought a new pair of summer tires at the Danbury, CT location to replace my old and nearly bald ones. Brought my mounted winter tires in and my mounted bald and old summer tires. I left the shop with shiny new summer tires on my car and what I thought were my mounted winter tires wrapped up in my trunk. Seven months later, I opened up my winters for a changeover and was shocked to see that townfair had gave me back my bald summer tires! So essentially they took my good winter tires!!!!

I have purchased 4? Sets of tires from Town Fair in Plattsburgh! Last week I purchased tires for my truck! It is 21 miles from your store in Plattsburgh to my house in Port Kent NY! by the time I got home EVERY lug nut was falling off in my hand! SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! If my grandchild had been in that truck this would be a whole different conversation! I was told I would get a call back! Have NOT received that call! Nothing can be done anyway! I will NEVER go back! Lip service thats what I got!
