A very disappointing experience. I bought the children’s set of stainless steel pots and pans for a Grandson believing these were items to cook with rather than just pretend play. Neither on their website or the box itself does it indicate which. Toyday never answer their telephone, were quick enough to reply to an email confirming the product was in stock as they wanted a sale but any email queries once shipped have been completely ignored. Would not recommend this Company, customer service is appalling

I ordered a child's broom and dustpan set for my grandchildren. Really delighted with the product and it has already been put to good use. My kitchen floor is always being swept now! Thoroughly recommend.

I ordered a mechanical mouse which arrived without a tail!
Toyday quickly rectified this and I was happy with the speed it arrived.

The website and delivery experience was all good but I was disappointed when I discovered the item was so small. The item is much smaller than others on the market despite the price suggesting it would be similar or bigger even allowing for the wood content which would make it more expensive than plastic-only varieties. The graphic was also misleading in this respect.

Really delighted with child's set of gardening tools. The delivery was very prompt, even over a Bank holiday weekend and the quality is great. Terrific value for money when I compare what we paid three years ago for a similar set for grandson number one from a different company. Also fascinated by range of products available from same company advertised on their flier--- we shall be looking at this for further birthdays and Christmas presents

The product arrived the day after ordering, there was an issue when trying to order online but my email was answered in a matter of days and I was given a discount code for my next order, which was very thoughtful. The product itself (humming spinning top) was in great condition when it arrived through the postand I'm sure it will be loved by the recipent.

Overall I'm very impressed with thecompany and will buy again in the future.

Love the selection of toys and all are competitively priced. Thought I had left it a bit late to order but everything was received within a couple of days. Kids loved the toys when they opened their stockings from santa. I will definitely order from Toyday again.

This company is a worthwhile company for Vintage toys of the 70s, 80s and even the 90s.

I ordered a dolls house for my granddaughter for christmas. It arrived quickly and I am very pleased with it. My granddaughter has not seen it yet but I am sure she will get many happy hours of play from it.

my 6 year old had asked for some worry dolls as i had been very ill in august and was due to go back into hospital. I ordered them i think on the friday evening and they arrived monday morning which was fantastic as i went back into hospital on tuesday.....she was/is very pleased with them and i am extremely pleased with the service

Website easy to navigate - a good range of products - delivery prompt - items as described - the only niggle maybe the packaging needs to be looked at, but satisfactory for what I ordered. If more delicate items maybe not.
