Very good, quick and efficient

Toyella excellent.

It is the carriers that don't entirely inspire confidence. I live on a boat moored in Bowling Basin at the end of the Forth and Clyde Canal. I specifically asked that the driver should ring me if the door to the place of delivery, the lock keepers office, was locked. The door was locked, the driver didn't ring and instead left the parcel, without my name on it by-the way, outside the door. The lock keeper found the parcel on his return to his office and guessing that it was the parcel that I had previously mentioned to him, he brought it to me, and thus no harm was done. Bowling Basin is a public area used by a fair number of people daily - had the driver rung I would have been with him within about 3 minutes. This is not the first time that my instructions have been ignored - the fault is nothing to do with Toyella or any other supplier from whom I have bought goods. It is simply down to the attitude of various, though not all, delivery drivers.

But my three dealings with Toyella, over a period of some months, have remained excellent and should I need more things for my grandchildren, Toyella will be the first website to check.

I found Toyella's website to be clean and clear, but I did know exactly what I was looking for and did very limited browsing. I was easily able to find the toy I was looking for at a reasonable price, which was not available elsewhere. Delivery made it in time for a long haul flight, so if kids are not miserable, I am happy!
