Awesome toys, fab service!
I've used toyella a few times now and absolutely love the selection of brilliant toys that they have on offer. Delivery has always been prompt and packages well packed!

Unfortunately, Linda left this review a full month after we said the package was due with her in the UAE. We contacted Linda the minute an email was received at Toyella. After we reminded Linda of her tracking information and gave instructions on how to contact the depot where the parcel was being held for her....she duly received the parcel. We did Linda if she was willing to amend this review in light of this.

Excellent customer service
Had a slight problem when my order (requested on 3-5 working days trackable delivery because I was away from home) was dispatched early & non-tracked. However Toyella (Carl Shaw) could not have given better customer service, refunded postage and checked that package had arrived ok (which it did). Would certainly order again from Toyella, good products, well packed and as I said in the title, excellent customer service.
