Very poor service
I ordered some roof bars for my Vauxhall Meriva from toys4cars. I am short, so took them to a vauxhall garage to ask for help fitting them. They clearly did not fit. I informed the company of this, and was asked for the model number. This I gave and was then told that this was the correct item. I informed them it clearly wasn't and was told to return the item with an enclosed letter. I did return the item, with said letter and pictures showing they did not fit on 11th June. Then I waited... and waited. I sent several emails. Finally on 6th September I received a response asking me for the name of the person who accepted the returned item, as no items had been returned recently. I traced it and gave that information. I still await a response. This has been going on for two and a half months. I have since become unemployed and need the money this company owe me. I have sent yet another email today. I have not received an email with a name attached so have no idea who I'm communicating with. Altogether I find this very unsatisfactory.
