Another scam subscription service? They have taken over £2,100 from my elderly mothers account and I have emailed them to request a refund. I have yet to hear back from them - I am hoping that they will do the right thing and refund her. The email they gave me in this response was undeliverable.

Worst service even their support team can't even go through emails I have sent them or the promise they said they will do. If your a new customer like I was and want to lose money just like that then I would advise you to trust their agent or their support team as the SLA is poor and all the care about is wanting good rates even though nothing was resolved
