Very fast service

This is a service with very fast and helpful customer service. I had some issues with my account and EMMA was able to assist me within 5 minutes of my issue. Definitely recommend!

Responsive

The support team are very responsive and also Daisy from the escalation team. They told me it would take 7-10 business days to receive my refund but it's past the said date already.
