Whilst we are unable to comment on individual cases, all prospective clients are told at the very outset of a new matter (both verbally and in writing), that that a "no win no fee" agreement can be terminated in limited circumstances, ordinarily if a claim is found to be fraudulent or if a client suddenly stops giving us instructions. Our terms of business are transparent and open and clients who co operate and have genuine claims, will always be welcomed and treated fairly by us.
