I ordered a climbing frame with slide and monkey bars attachment, the slide wasn't on the delivery, I spoke to customer services and the sorted it straight away. I had the climbing frame built but when the monkey bars were being assembled we discovered there was a faulty bar, Bea from customer service sent out a replacement piece straight away. When we did finally finish assembling we discovered that there was a piece missing to be able to attach the monkey bars to the frame (damaged box), again Bea from customer service arranged a replacement part. I cannot thank them enough for the great service they have offered from start to finish!

Avoid like the plague!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would, I am FURIOUS!! On the 7th May I ordered a double swing set and other items. Shock, I didn’t receive the double swing frame, the sets, none of it. I contacted them via email after several failed attempts by Facebook and phone call, to receive AI emails back. I was then told a replacement would be sent, great, except they sent them to the wrong name and address and are now completely ignoring me. I have emailed a ridiculous amount of times as this completely ruined my son’s birthday and birthday party, they don’t give a cr*p.
I will one way or another get a full refund and I’ll stop at nothing to report this company. I would’ve happily resolved this but the abysmal customer service and ignorance has fuelled a rage inside of me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MESS OFF A COMPANY!!!

This is a customer service review.
I ordered a climbin frame for a nominated delivery day, there was no confirmation of the date on the order confirmation and when I reached out to customer service they were unable to tell me either,
It seems mad that you can order for a nominated day, but then no one knows what that day is afte ordering 48 hours before. But then if you can notify 48 hours before you must know the delivery day!
This is genuine madness.

We ordered on the 15th of may for my sons birthday. We were missing 1 pack of the skydeck so unable to put it together. After many calls ( none answered) we finally got somebody on live chat. A replacement pack was sent out and we received it nearly a week later. It again was the wrong pack. We have been trying to call/unable to get on live chat. Finally get an email every couple of days. Customer service has been disgusting. Now the 5th of June and we still dont have the correct pack. Tried calling again and have emailed with contact number and still nothing. So very disappointed. I wish id ordered from a different company.

I order a climbing frame/den two weeks before my daughters birthday. After chasing a couple of times, I was told there was a delay, but they would escalate my order. Got an email today to say it will be another month before they can deliver, it is my daughters birthday in 3 days and I can't afford to get her a replacement gift 😞

Ordered a TP Forest Multiplay Double Wooden Swing Set with Quadpod, Roped Rapide seat & Slide - on the 1st May . Waited 3 times for delivery and it was a no show. Original tracking stated 4 parcels were on the way. Eventually had a delivery of 3 parcels only … I have received the swings and slide but no frame . Reported this straight away and was advised the last parcel was on the way . A week later advised a new order had been placed . Still waiting over a week later . No reply on phone no and every time I raise an email I get the same stock answer that my complaint is being escalated.

Cannot get through via phone or live chat, no one answering emails? Tried for the last few days via phone to ring, even over the weekend. Not good enough when we've got a problem with our product.
Since responding, I have tried them, YET again. on the phone and email and nothing, its almost like they don't care at this point and i'm pretty fed up about arrogant responses like below, just take responsibility rather than blaming everyone else for your problems.
Can also see that their responses are AI, so not even genuine. Not happy, I didnt purchase directly from TP but a TP product from another retailer, I dont even want free replacements, we just want to buy the spares for the product.

Avoid this company if you can! We’ve had nothing but problems. We ordered a wooden playhouse. First delivery came on time but looked like the delivery driver had a good go at stomping all over it (footprints visible on the box and surprise, surprise, the wood inside was broken). I then tried to call customer service - ha! Don’t even waste your time - it is a dud phone number, they don’t have a phone number. It just rings out. So no way of talking to a person.
Next, I emailed. Email response was fast but then I later realised it was very realistic AI bot so not surprised at the speed. Took longer for a human to get back to me. But she sorted it, sent a new box out and had old one (eventually) collected. New one was undamaged (well, upon quickly checking) so that was that. This is the only reason I’m giving it two starts - because that initial problem was solved and she was friendly.
Had to wait a week or so for the rain to stop for us to put it together. Realised we are missing one piece and one piece of wood is bent. Emailed again. Took ages to get back to me, had to email over and over. Finally someone got back, giving the usual excuses of ‘we have been busier than usual’ ‘short staff’ blah blah. If you refuse to have a phone line, then maybe you need to get on top of your email system.
She then ordered the spare parts for me. Waited, waited, nothing. All the while the rain is pouring down, we had to spend money to buy a big tarpaulin to stop the rain pooling inside (as we are missing a key part of the roof). 5 days later I have to email AGAIN to ask where the parts are. Nobody has the decency to write back but funnily enough, not even 15 minutes later I get an update that the spare parts have been dispatched. Weird that, eh?!
Additionally to all this chaos, a piece of wood on the veranda has already broken off - a week after building it and my kids have been in it maybe twice (because it’s not finished we don’t let them use it) - the wood is so thin and soft I honestly don’t see it lasting more than 2 years. I also emailed them about this, maybe thinking they’d give a little discount as a gesture of good will. But nope. Ignored.
Oh and we had to spend £30 on a wood protector because the wood isn’t protected so you have to do that before putting it together. Took ages to do that. That added with the tin of paint to paint it, the tarpaulin and the roof felt which we also need to buy - you are looking at a very expensive playhouse.
Would I buy again with the beauty of hindsight? Absolutely not.
Stick to Amazon who you can call or email or live chat and get a response immediately. You’d have more chance of pigs flying these lot answering their ‘phones’ at TP toys.

I ordered a climbing frame on 6 April, with an expected delivery date of 21 April ready for the summer.
It never arrived. I sent emails requesting an update but the responses were vague. I now understand this was because it was an AI response. I found the online chat and spoke to a human. I was advised the item was not in stock and would be dispatched mid May.
I then realised (from the website) that two parts of the order were in stock, so I emailed asking for these to be sent and was told they would be. But it was never actioned (I now understand this was because my email was responded to by AI).
I used the online chat again and this was sorted and sent. I was told the rest would be sent mid May.
We are now in June and it has not been dispatched. I can no longer seem to be able to access the online chat. Email responses are all AI and totally useless. The phone number is not answered.
Really terrible customer service.
I am happy with the two parts of the climbing frame that have arrived, but the monkey bars that my children were promised are still missing!

Have been buying TP since my kids were kids and this was a replacement platform for the TP climbing frame for my grandchildren that needed replacing after many years good service. I love the bright colours and new design and the certainty it will withstand many years more play - this is a great company with strong well thought out products

I am continuing to have a horrific experience with TP Toys, I ordered a play kitchen for my children which was completely faulty. This was confirmed by customer service (after chasing) yet they are constantly ignoring my emails about returning it and getting a refund. It is a relentless task trying to get hold of them and I still have a play kitchen boxed up in my garage with no refund. I will never buy from them again and need an answer asap!

Delivery still hasn’t arrived and receiving no update from the company. Tried to contact several times but just going round in circles.
Really disappointed with the companh service

AVOID!!!!
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced & my issues still aren’t resolved well over 9 months later.
The product itself was incredibly over priced for the quality.
They don’t bother keeping spares in stock all year round & I’ve been now waiting 10 months for some screws and foam.
The level of customer service I’ve received throughout has been shocking. They didn’t have spares for 9 months, then as soon as I submit a warranty claim they are magically back in stock!
I have been lied to on multiple occasions, by different members of the customer service team.
I signed up for alerts to tell me when items were back in stock. The alert didn’t send and they cannot tell me why.
They finally have the spares in stock.. then decide to completely ignore me for over a week. Both emails & phones - someone claimed their systems had been down, the next advisor tried to say it was my fault because I’d used the wrong email address, which was a total lie because the one I’d been using was the same email address she was emailing from…
I finally get a correct invoice and send payment yesterday and ask for them to ensure dispatch today. They wait until the end of the day (a tactic of theirs) to email to say there’s no guarantee of when they will be sent. They weren’t sent today, but they have asked for it to be prioritised - I should think so after the 10 month wait I’ve had!
Take note of the fact they’re only responding to positive comments on here - speaks volumes about them as a company!
So to summarise, hugely over priced products, no after care and no spares should anything go wrong with your very expensive purchase - and then a complete lack of anyone competent in customer service.
UPDATE:
Updating to say although the below comment from TP toys suggests they’ve sent the spares. They haven’t at all - the order has been created and stayed in the same ‘waiting for details’ status for the last 4 days. Nothing has been sent yet… nothing is even with a courier. Just another example of your poor customer service, claiming to have sent the order so that you can say it’s resolved, when said order hasn’t even left your bloody warehouse!!!

Lovely little house. We've attached a mud kitchen to the back and it's perfect.

Update- in the end the customer service team offered to refund the order and I have been impressed by the quality of their customer service. A phone number would be more useful, but they have been friendly and professional in trying to sort the issue. In the end, the choice of courier is the company’s choice and you only need to do a quick google to see XDP are universally panned as utterly useless. I can’t imagine I will order from TP toys again until they use a more competent delivery partner.
Original-
It’s been an incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered from TP Toys about 2.5 weeks ago. Part of my order was delivered but was missing key pieces. I contacted customer services who took around a week to investigate. They then told me it’s been lost and they will redeliver. It’s now a week on and I’ve had no contact or information and they’ve now stopped responding. Beware, they only use email for customer support so you’re at their mercy for response times. The site looks good and the customer support have been friendly but they are completely hamstrung by using the useless courier XDP

Leaving a review in the hope that someone might actually respond to me. Ordered a climbing frame for my daughters birthday. Should of been here wednesday but its stuck at a depot. Lovely convo with AI but not one response from a person. Tomorrow my daughters birthday will be ruined. Her main and very expensive present will not be here. Totally gutted. Very poor customer service and one very sad little girl on her birthday tomorrow.

Bought via John Lewis. Arrived very promptly, kept updated. Swing us as expected: fitted together fairly easily. Sure my grandchild will love it

Purchased this. Very straightforward to order and delivered with no problems. My husband has just put it together and was very straightforward. It’s for our grandson’s birthday he will be two and loves his indoor kitchen so I think this one will be a hit especially the water feature. Hopefully hours of fun in the garden

Have now edited my review. After an initial, rather frustrating experience where I was waiting 3 weeks for my order, it has now been solved by a helpful member of the customer service team who took the time to explain what went wrong.
The actual product is great and my child loves it. Just a shame about the hiccups along the way.
