The slide arrived as planned. Well built with excellent instructions. From start to first launch was just under 5 hours
Grandchildren love it!

I have not continued with my purchase with TP as they state delivery is free then charge for it which is a breach of advertising rules.
They argued on a ridiculous and time wasting online chat claiming it was the fault of AI that I was misinformed.
They sent a code for free delivery but not in the same time frame as stated on their advertisement.
Very poor customer service and the site continues to misinform buyers.

I had to cancel an order I made. Communication was excellent and very prompt. I was continuously updated as to how far the cancellation had progressed.
If was very refreshing to be a customer of a company that truly tries to do its best for the customer.
Would purchase from this company in the future knowing how helpful the customer service department is.

Bought the forerunner of this 30 years ago for my children. Just bought this for my grandchildren. Fantastic bit of kit. 👍👍👍👍

Product is very good and a reasonable price.
Unfortunately I cannot say the same for customer service nor their delivery courier.
My item was ordered on the 6th May for 48 hour delivery as was a gift for the 10th. Advised it would be delivered on the 8th May. Tracking kept saying collect but no item Item delivered on the 8th as stated. Contacted customer service via email and on the Sunday the 10th May they replied saying give it 2 more days and if not delivered by then to contact them back. Contacted them again on 11th. Item was delivered on the 12th May. On Sunday 17th customer service response to that complaint was "please accept our apologies for the delayed response due to high volumes of inquiries".

Have been buying TP garden equipment since my childeren were young and i am now buying the same items for my grandchilderen.
The materials have improved over the years but the quality and functionality remains high and still offers great fun to all that use the products. My grandchilderen love it.

We bought this for our twin grandsons for their second birthday. The small version is just right size for them. We put it up inside the house, (it was raining on the day), and they loved sliding down the slide. The slide itself is sturdy, well made and easy to assemble. It will last for years and of course, will grow with them. I've purchased a double swing from TP Toys and this is excellent quality, too. Thank you.

Parcel arrived looking like it had been opened by DPD there were several parts missing. The TP customer service 'chat' resolved the matter within minutes of being notified a dispatched a new trampoline. Top class service.

Products look amazing and would have loved to have ordered but unfortunately once at the checkout the postage to mainland Scotland was quoted at £14.99. The address for delivery receives normal Royal Mail and free delivery from many companies. Such a shame being penalised for living in Scotland.

I have deleted a previous review, which was the same content as this review, due to TP toys reporting my review as containing "harmful or illegal content" for being honest.
"I recently purchased a slide (which cost me £120) to attach to my Explorer frame and monkey bridge set, which was purchased last year. I didn't realise I would need a pre-drilled bar for the slide at that price, as this was not mentioned on the website. When my slide arrived, it was clearly used, with lots of marks, dirt on the underside etc. I reported this, and they sent out another, which has now arrived and is clean and fine and was grateful for the replacement.
The problem is, I now cannot attach it as I need a pre-drilled bar. Customer service have advised that I use the pre-drilled bar that comes with the explorer frame, but this is used for the climbing frame that It came with? Is there really no option to have another bar? it seems wrong to advertise a climbing frame that can have all these accessories attached but there is no option to receive an additional bar to attach them. *Edited to add that after contacting Customer service again, it is possible to buy another bar from their spares website - cost is £12.95 with delivery included* but this should be made clear on the website - so for anyone with an explorer frame, if you are ordering an accessory, make sure you either have a free pre-drilled bar on your frame or you'll have to order from the spares website to get another one".
The bar to attach the slide has now arrived - 10 days from ordering to delivery.
I was initially happy that they'd send out a replacement for the damaged and used slide, but treating customers in this way- by misusing Trustpilot's reporting tool is just not good customer service.

We were missing a part for our daughters climb and slide. The customer care team were swift to rectify this and quickly sent a replacement out.
Could not fault the service that we received. The quality of the product is also great! Would recommend and use again!

This is an update on a review 2 days ago (12th May). TP Toys did send out this item, but only after I had cancelled the order due to uncetainty of it arriving in time, and ordered from someone else. This confusion has now been sorted out in a quick and understanding way with a full refund and return of the item - so thank you for that. It's a pity that communication within the company and to the customer isn't better organised, but otherwise I have fully satisfied with the way this was eventually handled.

I have never experienced such dreadful customer service from a company.
What should have been a simple return process with TP Toys turned into weeks of stress, endless emails, ignored complaints, and complete lack of communication.
To even initiate the return, I was required to provide photographic evidence and go through multiple unnecessary email exchanges before anything was arranged. Once a collection date was finally agreed, I was repeatedly assured that I would receive a text or email with a collection time slot on the day. This never happened.
Throughout the day of the scheduled collection, I emailed several times to confirm the couriers had the correct contact details and was repeatedly reassured that I would be notified before collection. I never received any notification.
The following day, I politely complained and requested confirmation of my details along with a new collection date. I was then told that collection had been attempted and “photographic evidence” was provided — except the property in the photograph was not even mine.
After pointing this out and again expressing my disappointment politely, my email was ignored entirely. I then attempted to call customer services over 20 times across several days with no answer whatsoever.
Almost a week later, while I was at work, a courier suddenly called saying he was outside my property. No prior notice had been given despite all the promises made. The courier said he would return the following day. Again, I emailed TP Toys asking for confirmation and explaining that, due to the terrible service, I no longer felt I should be charged the courier fee from my refund. Once again — no response.
Eventually I managed to speak to a helpful customer service employee who apologised and assured me the courier was definitely booked to collect that evening between 16:00–18:00, and that I would not be charged for collection. I specifically asked for this to be confirmed by email and was told it would be sent immediately. No email was ever sent, and the courier never arrived.
The entire experience has been absolutely appalling, disorganised, and unnecessarily stressful. Poor communication, ignored emails, missed collections, and impossible-to-reach customer service. I would strongly reconsider ordering from TP Toys based on this experience.

I had an issue with a product that was still under warranty and I contacted the customer services team. Charlotte was the person who dealt with my query, she was very helpful and professional and resolved my problem very quickly. Really great customer service!

We chose to go with TP Toys for their reputation, as we see Thier products in reputable stores. Delivery was quick and arrived when we expected it to (2 days after ordering.).
We ordered a 3 seat squared (Kingswood triple) and the skywood tower climbing frame with skydeck.
The delivery arrived Friday morning, and we noticed once the delivery guys had left that we had only 12/13 packages. One of the swings seats was missing. We notified TP Toys that afternoon.
The next morning (Saturday)we moved everything from where the delivery guys had placed the items, we noticed the cross beam was split all the way down and had twisted, so was not flat or level. We did not notice this during delivery until we had placed it ourselves on a flat patio. We notified TP immediately.
We started the construction ot the tower Saturday morning. We got to step 1 and could not proceed.
The tower comes with 8x bolts which are labelled as FA5431. It states at the top of every page that requires these bolts to use FA5431 bolts. However in the instructions in the bottom section of the pages it says to use FA6212 bolts. The bolts provided are about 2cm too short and do not physically go through the construction.
We contacted TP again to tell them this. We also tried to call them on their number, which is meant to be open on weekends. It rang out and went to a 'full' inbox. I can only assume the instructions were updated and someone made a mistake. The same mistake has also occured in the sky deck attachment.
We eventually ended up going to a hardware store and buying our own bolts to use (£20 for a set) so we could at least put up something for my kids 4th birthday.
The construction of the play tower is good and somewhat easy to follow. The instructions are separate for the tower and sky deck, so does require you to stop building the tower at the right point and then build the observation deck, but it does not say this anywhere.
The instructions are also meant to be A4, I think, but have been printed in A5, meaning the handy ruler they provide for measuring screws is pretty useless.
It is now Wednesday 13th, 5 days and 3 business days after we took delivery of the items we paid over £700 for.
TP have provided an automated response that they have passed it to a specialist team (on Friday) but have not contacted us otherwise, including to any follow-up emails we have sent.
Our swing set is still in pieces and has not been constructed as the main beam is structurally unsound. We would also not have a play tower if we hadn't bought additional bolts to construct it
We understand that mistakes happen, especially with delivery, we have been polite at every stage, but TP are either ignoring us or have no staff in the office to deal with anything. I will not be purchasing from them again and would warn others off spending such a large amount of money with them.
Update: TPToys reached out whilst this review was pending to be posted. They arranged and have since delivered for a replacement beam for the swings and our missing parts. They also partially refunded us to make up the difference of the bolts we had to buy.
We have also been gifted a voucher to use at the store. Once our case had been picked up, it was dealt with very swiftly, thank you.

Delivered quickly but with parts missing. Customer services responded quickly and asked to give the courier a bit longer. This is now 9 days since the reported shortfall and nobody is responding from customer services or from the company. There isn't a phone number to call and the live chat isn't active. I have swing with only 2 legs instead of four which is absolutely useless and I can not get a response form the company.

Dont even bother ordering ,waste of a time, my swing had 2 main missing parts, had to contact customer service which take ages to reply then only 1 part was sent out, i had to then contact them again for the last missing part and now i am still waiting for that and no one is replying to my email! this has caused me alot of stress as my partner had taken time of work to fix the swing and now weve been left waiting almost 3/4 weeks to get this sorted! dont order from here!

They offer a ‘choose your delivery day’ service and charge a range of fees depending on your choice, only to then tell you after you’ve paid that there’s been an ‘issue’ and your item isn’t arriving on the day you paid for.
I ordered, selected a delivery day and paid extra, then received an email saying there had been an issue and it wouldn’t arrive on time. When I questioned this via customer services, an AI bot instantly replied with a condescending message full of fake apologies, while also admitting they had no idea when the item would actually be dispatched.
I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. Interestingly, I’ve had no response to that message, so I’ll now be contacting my credit card company to request a chargeback, as this feels uncomfortably close to misleading practice.
Given the number of similar reviews on here, I suspect this approach may be baked into their business model: securing orders before stock is actually in place.
I’ve ordered elsewhere now. My advice to anyone reading this would be to keep well clear and do the same

Brilliant service the item arrived with free delivery within two days! I had never used this site before this and was really pleased with the fantastic service. The mud kitchen was a great value for money.
