I initially hesitated to purchase the growable swing from TP Toys due to Trustpilot feedback. However, a colleague's positive experience with their children's playhouse, which had demonstrated durability against various weather conditions, ultimately influenced my decision. The order was placed on Thursday and delivered on Saturday, with assembly completed on Monday. All components were present, although one screw differed from its depiction in the instructions. The assembly instructions, while initially challenging, became decipherable upon closer examination. I would suggest the development of video tutorials featuring a live demonstration of the assembly process.

Following assembly, one of the legs developed a split. While some might attribute this to overtightening, the customer service provided via email has been exceptional. I received a prompt response indicating that my concern was being escalated to another team, and within 24 hours, a replacement was ordered. I would use again.

Great experience! Really easy to navigate website and order. Shipping even faster than expected and emails that keep you up to date with clear information.

Ordered a tractor and it is great quality. Very sturdy and well made. Lovely vibrant colors, baby loves playing with the wagon and toys. Very easy to sit on and loves being pushed.

The UFO tent and climber is amazing!! My 2 boys absolutely love it. Slightly bigger than I expected, very sturdy and built to last! Ordering was quick and straight forward and item was delivered on time. I was kept upto date with regular emails 😊 highly recommend and 100% will be ordering again 💯

Unfortunately I had to replace my previous TP swing - it was after 30 years! and it had served me well. Again really good quality and I do like the powder coating couldn’t recommend it more and hopefully my grandkids will

Daughter Loves the climbing frame and ufo tent!

Beware that their 48 hour delivery is a lie. I ordered on Wednesday 29th April and the website clearly advertised it would arrive in time for “bank holiday fun”. Today is 4th May and I still haven’t received my order. Customer service is likely AI as no matter what I say I’ve been told delivery is delayed due to the bank holiday. Same message copy and paste. Why advertise delivery in time for bank holiday then? Not to mention I ordered on a Wednesday therefore should have got my order by Friday, aka within 48 hours! Shocking honestly.

Granddaughter absolutely loves this swing. It’s so easy to assemble and having the ability to fold it up when she is not here is a fantastic bonus. Very quick delivery, study packaging. 100% recommend this product. Read less

No delivery. Lack of communication. Customer service is terrible, 2 e-mails in 10 days.

I made a purchase and one of the parts was faulty . Contacted TP Toys and they responded immediately were extremely understanding , helpful and sympathetic. Replacement part is on route and I only contracted them 2 days ago . Couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the seesaw and extreamly grateful for the quick response and resolution .

My play house was due 3 days ago

Was for a birthday present which is Monday so ordered from tp toys as 48 hours guaranteed to be delivered guess what £499 later no climbing frame awful company avoid them if you don’t want to wait and spend days stressing because now you don’t have much for sons birthday I’m so upset

Do not order from this company!

They show positive reviews on their website yet when you come on trustpilot there’s complaint after complaint. They don’t honour the 48 hour free delivery when question you get AI responses. I informed them it was for my child’s birthday on Wednesday. It’s not been dispatched or processed yet they now want to charge me a cancellation fee. which goes against their refund policy and they can’t provide any tracking information or information that is even left their warehouse. This is clearly a scam company. I’ve raised a complaint with PayPal and sent all relevant information. They agreed I could cancel if it was not dispatched today now because I contacted PayPal then let them know with a follow up email to inform them they lie. I will not pay for something that’s not even been processed luckily I’ve taken screen shots since Friday as evidence it’s not been processed will not pay them anything when they can’t honour their own timeframes. The item was in stock on their website so if it’s in stock send the item in the time frame agreed. This was for my autistic sons birthday and were well aware of this when I chased up delivery. Poor customer service extortion of money for doing nothing and will not get any fees from me. If they were reputable they would honour the cancellation but clearly by the reviews just from April it’s clear they are a scam company

I would highly recommend TP toys. We have had several items from them now all being really good quality and the Toddler Tower is no different. Our 14 month old mastered climbing the easy design by the third attempt and they are safe and secure within the tower. They love being up high and has definitely entered the climbing stage. TP toys also have excellent customer service which is rare these days. The item came the next day despite us paying standard delivery and expecting it 4 days later. It is easy to build and we have had weeks now of joy.

I must update my original review.
I gave a bad score after I was told the item had been delivered, but clearly it hadn't.

However I received a call from a lovely lady who explained that their systems had been hacked and was causing issues. Since we spoke they had done everything possible to get my delivery which did, it arrived on the date given and they even refunded the extra delivery charge, because they missed the previous guaranteed date.
The care and service I received after the original error cannot be faulted, they have been 100% Good Company.

Purchased play house for my Grandson. Paid the extra to make sure it was going to be here for the weekend 25th April, AM delivery.
The product has not arrived.Tried to call customer services, no answer, then the telephone prompt told me to leave a message, but the answerphone is full and cannot take any more messages.Emailed Customer services, give them credit got a quick response, they have told me that it was delivered on the 23rd and to check with neighbours and to see if it has been hidden behind something. It's a play house, I think I would notice that, plus I was home and the neighbours would not have taken something of that size. The Ring doorbell has no footage of anyone delivering and neither does the CCTV camera. TP don't have any evidence that it was delivered. So I have a very upset grandson today,because he was going to help build it and one very annoyed Grandad. I will be contacting trading standards. Breaching there delivery guarantee.

Exceptional customer service. Very quick response and took ownership of the issue, monitored it through to a successful outcome. I would highly recommend the company based on the support I was given. Keep up the great work.

My grandchildren had a climbing frame with tent top, which sadly had been destroyed by age, wind and weather! I considered attempting to make one myself, however on looking at TP toys site, found they did a replacement one (what a great idea!) Ordering was easy, very reasonable price. Delivery was quick, and quality of the tent very good, great colour, easy to fit, and now being thoroughly enjoyed.

From the moment the package arrived I could see it was wrong. False advertising. Item was playhouse that was wrong size,wrong wood and wrong type build. They don't answer questions unless onbuy contacts them . Disappointed all round

My item arrived and the pump to inflate was broken.
I emailed TP toys regarding a replacement and they promptly sent one out for free!
