Track654 is a fraudulent shipping company that works with other fraudulent companies that advertise products that will NEVER BE DELIVERED because after you have paid for the products, nothing leaves their non-existent warehouse! I was scammed by macy.com and track654!

supposedly my insured package has arrived

This company say they have delivered my order. But they haven't and they wont do anything about it. I have had emails back and forth from the company I ordered the goods from and they say there is nothing they can do as the delivery company say they have delivered the order. I am now out of pocket and I cant afford to loose money I am a pensioner, and only get a state pension. I am not rich. This order was placed at the beginning of March 2023

I made a purchase from a company 'UK-OUASSA' on 22 March 2023. Got a tracking number to track my order for delivery. On 24 April 2023, I noticed that there is any entry that order has been delivered. I have been indoors all week and nobody has delivered any order to my address. Now no proof of signature or photo on delivery when I contacted UK-OUASSA.
This company is a fraud and its scamming people. This company needs to be blocked on Google so that more people do not fall victim. These fraudulent companies needs to be stopped. Thank you.

This is the second parcel that has been supposedly delivered, and on a Sunday, to my workplace. I tried to get proof from the first missing delivery but the company agreed to send the order again and guess what - missing Sunday delivery. We have cctv all around the factory so I know for a fact that no delivery was made!

Order from a company swardpd.com and everything went through and I kept getting updates on my order and about a month later they said it had been delivered by TRACK654, but nothing was delivered, emailed the company and they have not responded to me about my order. Now trying to find out how to get my money back.

After a month I received a ring I didn't know who had sent it but later in evening it said your parcel has been delivered so I send the picture of the parcel and then the ring plus they had sent a certificate saying its a daimond
When checked the barcode it was from new York so emailed them
When I received the email it said it was a gift to check if I had given the right address
So I replied that it would be pointless ordering and giving you wrong address so she said will send the dinner sets but will take 25 to 30 days I said its fine so then I got email we have sent it there was no tracking number sent
So emailed if they could send it which was sent 32 days it was and yesterday when I checked on website it said its been delivered

I ordered on Facebook from bjypix...something or other back in January '23 after 3 emails explaining o haven't received my order, I was told that due to availability it's probably delayed. Again I waited giving them the benefit of the doubt 2 weeks passed no package I ask for a full refund only to be asked if they could expedite my order, agreeing to that, still no show. Finally demanding my refund, I was given a tracking number, using it in Tack654 there was no information. Then for the last time I demanded my refund, I was told to try the tracking number again at which time it stated all the places it shipped from and when, then it showed that it was in the USA at a processing center. still I didn't get it, so two days ago I checked on the Tracking654 site and it says it was delivered 4/11/2023. Still NO PACKAGE!!! In total I have 6 emails asking either where my merchandise is or requesting a refund, didn't get either!! I am truly upset 😡 with these scammers. Please Be Careful, these people are heartless.

Is there anywhere we could to report this so it's doesn't happen to others

I purchased some items from jpteryxo via Facebook and the delivery using tracking654. It said that my package has been delivered 3 days ago but I never received anything. These both companies are definitely scammers. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM UNKNOWN RETAILERS. BETTER GO TO THE SHOP

Ordered from jcpwarehouse and it said it was shipped via this tracking 654. It's a total scam. Said my package was delivered and it has not. No way to contact them at all. SCAM SCAM

I bought some T shirts from Sizeling, to be delivered by Tracking654. Checked my tracking yesterday, and it says my package was delivered on 19/04/23. Dont know where it ws delivered, but it wasnt to me, I am really annoyed, I work from home so its not like I wasnt here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also felt on this scam.
Both some cheep products from oioiqo@ deaixz.com and of course didn’t receive it.
This what they wrote me after the second shipment didn’t arrive (all lie):
Dear,
We have checked with the courier to make sure the package was delivered. If you don't receive it, can you go to the mailbox at your door to see if your package is there? Or ask your neighbors if they saw your package?

This company was surpose to deliver my products an they haven't but they say they have an now u can't get in touch with them or the company I got them from

I have five orders with this company and the writing is in Chinese and I ordered the first one in march starting to think I've been robbed by a company called Worthing. Com in china somewhere. WORTHING is a con company I got my money back from the bank and they are now chasing Worthing for their money love the HALIFAX

I ordered from aovanoeys.com and tracking654.com should have been delivered to the door 10 day ago but aovanoeys.com is out of business (no contact info) and tracking654.com haven`t delivered nothing or they do not have any contact information. Total SCAM.

I've been waiting for a month and a half it says delivered but I have not received anything this is a scam to me.
