Made original order which arrived on time with constant updates on progress of delivery.
Unfortunately, on arrival there was a piece missing from original order.

However, on querying the order, the Staff and following correspondence was 1st Class and couldn’t do more to rectify the the missing piece. Again, was updated on progress of missing item which was delivered the following week. Absolutely fantastic service, no complaints, one happy customer.

Will not hesitate in the future to do business again.

Would give 6 Stars if possible.

I am living in Ireland. I refuse to buy anything from UK since they left because the goods get stopped at the border for months. Unfortunately every single store in Ireland have supply chains based in UK. As such, I have decided to purchase one through trackir.fr. I am very happy. The product arrived within several days and the price was not covid-inflated. I would definitely recommend! Kris

Ordered on a Friday and it was received by the following Tuesday.
Excellent communication from start to finish, decent price and shipping was not extortionate so all round a great supplier or the Trackir5 ProA

I recently purchased a TrackIR 5 from Trackir.fr
The customer service received has been excellent. There was an issue with my product being delayed in the transit depot of the French post office. I contacted Trackir.fr and they in turn contacted the post office immediately. I received my product in Ireland very soon after. They are a fantastic company to deal with and the product received is working perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Item was ordered with a 3-5 day delivery estimate. It has now been 21 days since the order and the item has not been delivered. I made contact with customer service a week ago through their platform and requested a refund but have received no reply as of yet. I can forgive the delay now with all the covid related shipment problems, but the lack of communication is unacceptable hence the score.

Excellent company. They were 1st class from the moment I emailed them to the moment the product turned up. Replied quickly to all emails, in a polite and helpful manner. Was kept notified by email at all stages of the sale process, and the delivery process. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered Bundle TrackClip Pro + TrackIR Pro 5 on 08/25, more than a week ago and still no news. I have asked about the delivery forecast but I have not received an answer. This does not give me confidence. I'm thinking of canceling the order.

Thanks for the clarification. Actually, that's the problem. Your page doesn't show the estimated delivery date, which creates uncertainty.

I am still getting used to the trackir. But it feels pretty inmersive.

It is true, that coming from VR (I have an HTC vive headset), it feels strange at the beginning, due to the tracking system between an infrared system and a vr system has nothing to do with each other (vr feels much more natural in that sense). Either way, I was not very convinced with VR at the moment (resolution is not acceptable for me. Even when inmersión feels pretty good), and that was the reason I decided to go with trackir.

I think it has been a good decision. I still need to get used to the movements, and probably do some adjustments in the trackir config in order to have a perfect tracking sensations.

I apologise for not having French language. I've found the TrackIR impossible to set up in a stable way. I've had to delete it twice and try again, but I think I may remove it altogether - I wonder if there is something wrong with my item. The manual needs to be more detailed for set-up - I've tried YouTube, which is helpful. Additionally I have a problem becuase I wear varifocal lens spectacles which means I need to move my head to focus on the thing I am looking at, which of course moves the view! Altogether, very disappointing.

I had to give them a bit of a nudge but otherwise I can't complain; order was processed and dispatched quickly despite the current pandemic.
