I am a Mac user....
I am a Mac user. Unfortunately, the TrackIR team did not see fit to develop a Mac version of the software. Fortunately an indépendant team developped an interface application that allows toise trackIR on a Mac.
It works fine. But I would have preferred to use a software developped by theTrackIR team. it might work better.

Took maybe 3 days of setting up and getting used to trackIR 5. But is definitely worth it!! Changes the whole flightsim experience! Delivery of the product was real quick (2 days) and arrived in perfect condition.

I live in the UK and the item was delivered to my place of work by DPD. The item was received in good condition, and on the day and time I was informed it would. Just be aware that it seems upon receival you won't receive a message to your phone that it's been received, so best keep pestering the person/department that receives DPD deliveries...

Drivers issues
I had a few issues with the trackIR5 not being dectected by the software.
I had to reboot my PC and reinstall the sofware several times for the trackIR to be detected.
Other than that, great product!
