As far as customer service goes, it's great for communication. Emails and alerts are quick to be sent and queries dealt with efficiently. The product has proved to be an essential part of our business. It helps us to keep track of all our Engineers. Being able to check history has been invaluable, especially when we had a dispute with time of arrival.

Trackit247 is a great company fantastic customer care, Sanjay has put a lot of work into getting it right.

What is not to like - when a Company is prepared to offer you their service with no contract you know they have a service that is worth having. Most companies selling tracking with data sims demand you sign up for a minimum of 12 months. Trackit247 know they are providing a good service and trust their customers to remain with them long term. We have been operating for 31 years and Trackit 247 are the first telematics company that have not oversold and under delivered.

Efficient company, tracker makes day to day life of scheduling our technicians much easier. We can now take on more jobs, knowing when they are likely to be free for the next assignment. Plus the van is more secure. Control panel is excellent.
