Not an everyday application for a vehicle tracker, but for the last 3 years Trackit24/7 have installed their units on our Christmas Santa Sleigh. The sleigh tours the streets of Hemel Hempstead delighting many children and collecting cash for local charities. We publicise a website link so that anyone can see just where the sleigh is on the night it’s scheduled to come down their street. More than 4000 users logged in during Christmas 2021. The Rotary Club of Hemel Hempstead is very grateful for Trackit24/7’s support of their charitable efforts.

Trackit247 has been a great purchase. Software is easy to use, hardware has been reliable and customer service excellent.

They found me a quick appointment within 48 hours and the whole process was smooth. The engineer turned up at my address, installed ghost and then patiently explained it to me and made sure it worked.

Having been recommended to use Trackit247, the engineer came out and fitted a tracker and a Ghost immobiliser, which was another manufacturers product. However, there were incompatibility issues with the Ghost which in turn caused an electrical issue end a selection of warning lights to remain on the dash board. despite many attempts to resolve said issues, the lights could not be cleared. On registering my upset with the problem, the director was on the phone to me immediately, and assured me that they would do whatever it took to get the car back to normal and cover all costs. In this day and age for a company to offer such an assurance is very rare, however, after many visits to various experts, the problem was resolved and as promised, Trackit247, honoured their promise. Finally, as it turned out, the issue was down to bad connections, but Trackit247, honoured their promise and paid the mechanic to fix the problem. I would highly recommend them for the professional way they dealt with the issues.

Trackit247 supplied and fitted a tracker/immobiliser for my motorhome. Everything about the experience has been first class. The tracker arrived very quickly and they arranged for a local installer to fit it for me. All done on schedule and without any problems.
Then I got a call from Trackit247 to confirm that the device was working and to talk me through all the functionality on the App that I had installed. I can geo fence my vehicle, see it on a map, get a warning if the engine battery drops below a certain level, send a command to immobilise it whenever I want to and much more. At the price, I can't imagine better value from the competition, but the real icing on the cake is the commitment to customer service. I even had a follow up call to see how I was getting on with it.
