100% Buggy and lost me an account and money!
I’m in the process of looking for a good copy trader and was recommended this one online not from anyone I knew. Reviews seemed okay so I downloaded and tested using a Phase 2 of a prop firm challenge account where I’d already passed Phase 1 with 8% and linked a slave demo account.
Initially the Accounts didn’t connect, but I eventually got it sorted then a couple of days in and I had an issue with an open trade during NFP - the trade didn’t close out with my stop loss as it was set because of a bug or an issue with a copy trader.
I lost the phase 2 account, lost money and just thank God I wasn’t trading my family Office fund - honestly I would avoid!
When the issue happened again. I got on Live chat and they told me it was an issue with the Broker which I’ve used for 10+ years and have never had an issue. Avoid if you respect your money.
On looking back through the reviews, everyone seems to talk about the customer service - not the actually function of the copy trader, which in my experience, is faulty and ALMOST lost me my job!

However, blaming the trade copier without investigating the actual cause, and refusing to consider explanations from our support team, is not a productive way to handle the situation. As we explained, the issue was caused by server-side restrictions on the MetaQuotes demo account you were using, which are entirely outside the control of the trade copier.
By the way, you are claiming that you lost propfirm account, but we see that you had used only MetaQuotes-Demo account, that's misleading, and we are wondering if this is a legit and genuine review from your side?!

MetaQuotes imposes a “freeze level” near certain price points to prevent modification or closing of positions that are too close to the market. This behavior is completely outside the control of the trade copier. The trade copier simply executes commands according to broker permissions and cannot override these restrictions.
If you wish to investigate further, we recommend contacting MetaQuotes directly to confirm why the position was blocked. Once you have their answer, we’ll be happy to assist with any questions about how the trade copier interacts with broker rules.
We see also you had complained about SL TP not copied, but as our support team explained, you have to activate this options in the copy settings.
We appreciate your understanding and hope this clears up the confusion.

Best Trade Copier Service that I have used to date.
free master and slave account allows you to experience the service to start with and test.
Pay as you go daily or monthly payment option which is really cool. I like this because I am not sure how many accounts I will have set up, it may fluctuate based on many variables. so this option is awesome.
Fair Pricing.
Master Account was automatically set to Read Only for cTrader which prevented any alerts from my prop firm.
One feature that is is really important is that you can copy the STOP LOSS from your master to slave account.. this is huge for peace of mind. In case something happens I have the peace of mind knowing the STOPS are at least copied over to the slave account upon trade execution.
Fast execution no issues.
Friendly Customer Service
Great Backoffice setup, very intuitive and "dark mode" available which is easy on the eyes.

works like a charm and no issues so far.
price is a bit high though.
also when paying in crypto it is a hassle since I need to buy ETH and put it in a wallet and all that.
