Not good turned up late then rang me non stop harassing me not hood company at all

Had quotes of these and A1 blinds and this company was £100 cheaper. Was told would take 3 weeks abs was fitted on time. The blinds are lovely and really good quality. The fitters were friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. They confirmed the order to me on the 30th of March and to date I heard nothing from them although I supposed to have the blinds three weeks ago. I emailed them chasing for an update and again nothing. This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them

I wish I had seen these reviews before the glossy Facebook page. Should have realised from day 1!
1) advised on the 29th June when we paid the deposit that they would be fitted in 4-6 weeks. We had to chase up at week 6
2) arrived on the 7th week, wrong size blind
3) week 8 comes to fit blind, total mess. All uneven, pelmet cut in an absolute mess
Company not interested in taking any accountability and have basically told me that nothing would please me. Ummm yes, properly fitted blinds as per our contract and the reason we exchanged goods/services for money would please me 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve given up hope with them, so just accepted they are what they are and I’ll need to replace the blinds myself with a different company.
I honestly feel if I had ordered some made to measure of the Internet and asked my 9 year old to put them up they would have looked better 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ordered my blinds beginning of June and still haven't had them all fitted (13.8.20) wrong blind fitted which was recitifed, staff went sick so they couldn't call. Then they turned up over an hour late and the blind was wrong (for the third time) still awaiting the kitchen blind but again staff are sick! If you wanted them fitted ASAP don't bother. Good price and the blind are lovely but not a very good service

Very poor customer service I phoned them to tell them one of the blinds I recently purchased had jammed and would not draw to the side to enable us to open the French doors, I asked for an appointment for the repair and was told when they have someone in the area they will call in to fix it and they will phone to let me know when it will be. I am still waiting for their call. I am far from being happy with their after sales service. A case of take your money and run. God knows then they will come to fix it. One can only live in hope.One star is one to many.

Beware of the quality of the blinds. I paid to have my blinds upgraded to BLACKOUT blinds. The ones they fitted are no different whatsoever. They have refused to do anything about it. I've tried to return within the 14 days but they won't even though this is the law. The first time they fitted I had blinds that didn't fit, and rails that broke after a few uses. Stay well clear.

I ordered a roller blind from Trade Blinds, as they had generally got good reviews on Trust Pilot, which was due to be delivered between 23 - 30 April. On 30 April I emailed them to try and find out when I'd receive my order. They replied

"Thank you for your message. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances all our orders have been delayed. Your order is due to be despatched early in the w/c 04.05.2015. We are trying to improve the date if possible. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay."

Fair enough. However, my blind failed to appear the next week and I didn't receive an update from Trade Blinds. I emailed them again on 11 May asking for an update, but 3 days later I have received neither my blind nor the courtesy of a response to my last email, despite it being two weeks late already.

Sometimes there are delays which can't be helped, but this company appear not to give a stuff about communicating what is going on to their customers, or even bothering to respond to emails. I would not use them again.

UPDATE - I phoned Trade Blinds to chase my order and they told me it had already been delivered. The lady was very helpful, and called me back after chasing up with the delivery company, who had left it with a neighbour but failed to put a card through my door informing me where it was. This was compounded by Tradeblinds not responding to my email. The blind is of good quality.

We ordered 8 blinds , and managed to get the size of 5 of them wrong . Trade blinds , arranged for them to be picked up from our house they then re-cut them and delivered them back to us in 3 working days . Trade blinds did not charge us for all the extra work, although we paid for the carriage . What fantastic service , Many thanks . Oh, and the products are great . AMB

Bought a water-proof blind for my bathroom from Trade Blinds. Product was made to measure, arrived quickly by Ups, instructions for installation really straight forward which made hanging easy.
Excellent quality of the actual blind.
Would not hesitate to use again and would highly recommend.

If you need a special blind or blinds, do not hesitate to use Trade Blinds.

Very pleased with the product ..only thing I would improve is the plastic fittings..I would prefer metal as they are stronger ...

We wanted a suitable blind for our kitchen and had bought a blind from a luxury high street shop. Howver this had to be returned as it was faulty. We thought that we would never get a blind that would suit. but found trade blinds, they did the colour and style of blind we wanted and the good thing it was less than half of the price of the previous blind. We found it easy to order and it was delivered quickly. Would recommend trade blinds and would use them again if we wanted any other blinds.

Blinds were good quality and very well made. Delivery on time. Good value for money.

Our blind took a long time to arrive, but when I rang I got an apology and an explanation and then it arrived within a week which was great. The blind is good quality and the option to choose a black out blind in our chosen colour was great.

Ordering was very simple. Has transformed window at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use again.

I ordered 2 blinds, vastly different sizes and they arrived together. Both are well made and of good quality. The blinds are well finished and I am very pleased them. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact delivery took longer then stated on the web site & I had to make 2 phone calls before the items were delivered. However on both occasions staff were very helpful & apologetic & I appreciate one of my blinds was extra wide which caused a problem in packaging. I would use Trade Blinds again. PS I was also impressed with the decent size sample of material I requested initially, it made choosing the right pattern for me much easier.
