I couldn't have had better customer service, my inquiries were promptly answered. I am extremely pleased with the range of choices in terms of design and colors, the first rate quality of the blinds as well as the packaging and delivery to my home thousands of miles across the ocean. Who would have thought that I would be able to dress my windows with such beautiful products!! Well done!

We purchased a PVC waterproof blind that claimed to be perfect for in showers/baths... But it's actually only solved one problem with another. The bar at the bottom of the roller blind fills up with water when the shower is on, regardless of how we position the shower-head. Thus leading to each end of the bar leaking, one end is ok as it just leaks into the bath, but the other end leaks straight onto the ledge at the end of the bath causing a pool of water after each shower to form.
Delivery was late, it took another week than estimated. Generally quite overpriced blinds for what they are. Would not be inclined to buy again from tradeblinds.

The blinds are great quality the service was just as good. Even when I made a mistake they where very helpful

i purchased a vertical blind from you ,on it's arrival [which was very quick] i fitted it to our window and it's fit was perfect.A top class blind,but there was a slight problem with drawing the blind to close,the mechanisim was rather stiff.i phoned you up and explained the problem to you,instantly you said that you would send out a replacement and were very sorry that this had happened. true to your word a few days latter the replacement arrived. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SUPERB SERVICE.Many thanks and i will use your services again. david lihou

I am very happy with my blinds which I purchased for my kitchen. I have not yet hung the blinds as my kitchen is bein renovated. I would use trade blinds again in the future.

Pre ordered swatches which arrived quickly then ordered the blind which arrived well packaged and looks lovely just what I wanted

After my new kitchen was finished we needed new blinds to complete the look, our chosen blinds arrived on time and there was a small faultt I rang trade blinds and the part was dispatched immediately. We were thrilled with the service the quality and the design, they look beautiful. Our kitchen looks great!!

I recommend this company unreservedly. The sample system is brilliant and is quick and essential for making the right decision on your final choice of product. I had to call trade blinds and they were very helpful in tracing an order and dealt with my enquiry with diligence.

Full instructions on how to measure meant that when the blinds arrived they actually fitted! Delivery service quick and sample was a bonus point before purchase. I didn't realise these blinds were as transparent as they turned out to be and I wish I'd paid more attention to that aspect of my purchase. Having said that they were exactly what I was looking for in colour and design so the room looks fantastic.

I was very pleased with the service. I was dealt with promptly and the blinds arrived on time. The blinds fitted perfectly and are of a good quality. The only issue I had was part of the fitting was missing out of one of the blinds but when I rang I was dealt with quibble free and the part arrived in the next first class post.

The blinds were purchased for my sons' flat, as we have had blinds before from Trade Blinds it was a safe bet. We were not dissapointed.

The customer service was excellent, the blinds were easy to fit and they are of a really high quality. Very pleased and would definitely use them again.
