A very slick operation. Cars competitively priced but not as cheap as flyers claim. 1 in 50 of a particular model will have been advertised and sold at a heavily discounted rate but of course that would have been sold at any of their branches and not the one you visit. This marketing works, it gets the punters through the door. Happy with the car though so far. The deal we agreed on was ok and worked out similar to what we could have bought elsewhere so haven’t been ripped off.

Great all round service could not do enough for me

I was the last customer on a Sunday. Viewed my car. Was promised it would be cleaned and fixed while I did paperwork. It was not…

Dog hair, dog smell, dirt in the gearstick and all cavities, muddy paw prints on the headliner, dirty rear seats. I was also promised half a tank of fuel to compensate for the fuel in my part ex, that didn’t happen either. There’s a panel missing on the front that was supposed to be fixed too, leaves a module and wires exposed to road dirt. I was told everyone gone home (which was true) and to call in. That’s a bit of a joke, a concierge takes messages (you cannot call your centre directly) for callbacks that may or may or may not happen

edit: callback did happen a few hours later and after this review was submitted. I will update if everything is rectified. A point to note, if anyone is struggling with contact, someone who said they were a manager also called me separately to discuss this review a few hours after it was published.

Honestly I regretted buying this car before leaving site. Everyone was lovely but it’s all a bit of smoke and mirrors. Id already signed and paid before I saw the car again and realised I’d been had with the promises.

Do not sign on a promise!! Please sit it out, wait and see your car after the ‘valet’ and other promises are delivered and make sure you’re truly happy BEFORE you sign anything.
