Absolutely bloody useless

Absolutely bloody useless. I bought a stovetop from this outfit, was told it would be 5-7 days delivery, turned up 14 days later after several calls and live chats. When it did turn up only 1 of the 2 items arrived which makes it unusable. Asked for the other part to be shipped over night but it turns out it is going to be ANOTHER 10 days. This is the second time this has happened to the same product. Thankfully I have cameras around my property and could prove that only 1 item had arrived on both occasions, if not I'd hate to think what would have happened. If you are in no hurray in any way then go for it, but personally I wouldn't bother. I only gave them a second chance as no-one else seems to sell the product I wanted. Will definitely look elsewhere or pay more just for peace of mind

Trade depot warehouse onehunga - great customer services and friendly staff!! So easy and quick to purchase our product and pickup from their warehouse was 2 minutes away! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for affordable houseware appliances!
