I'm not sure why you have this negative view of the service we provided. Over the course of the year we acted for you we advised you there may well be difficulties in getting your trade mark registered, that their may well be oppositions to deal with which we over came and still succeeded in getting the trade mark registered. All with only one addition fee of £75. So I'm puzzled, unless the reference number entered for this review is incorrect.

A couple of months lost due to poor communication not being copied to my email inbox.
A couple of months were lost when i thought the next communication would come in 3 months once the trademark had been advertised, so I did not bother checking the notes on the website. When I became concerned I hadn't heard anything, I did, only to find you had a further unexpected question before advertising. All communication should be copied to email.
