Trademark Direct 

I did not feel supported and there were extra costs to object the rejections from IPO that i wernt told about. I ended up fighting the objections myself with no lawyer, after getting rejected several times and taking it to a hearing, which i won. My Mark is now registerd.

I could have done this whole process myself via IPO directly. Im 25, I have no experiance in law or trademarks, just care and attention and drive to get it done. I feel the company could have assited more instead of turnaway on me when the Mark seemed difficult to secure!

But in regards to their voices and how they spoke on the phone, they sounded like nice people. So no problems there. I just felt they should have known more.

Offered pre-application advice on selecting a mark which would meet the qualifying criteria, application was easy to complete and ultimately successful. Would definitely recommend for anyone who isn't familiar with the process. Fees were very competitive.

This was a new experience applying for a trademark. I expected there to be many complications and for it to be an extremely complicated process. I am now registering my second Trademark and am using Trademark Direct again because of the excellent experience first time around.
The response from the team is incredibly quick and efficient and the process relatively straight forward.
I fully expected it to be a very difficult and complex process but these guys do all the work.
I don't have any experience of using any other company but I am certainly impressed with this one.

Obviously, I was looking for a full listing and we weren't able to achieve this. Next time maybe.
