I regret wasting the money on Trademark Direct - I should have applied direct to the Trademark Office. When we had notification of a potential objection I heard absolutely nothing from TradeMark Direct. Don't waste your money - the team at the Trademark Office are really helpful and can be contacted by phone.
The response to this review from Trademark Direct is also frustrating - as well as the issue they highlighted we did receive a 'Notice of Threatened Opposition' - which they clearly didn't even pick up on which illustrates how little they get involved once you pay your money. Seriously consider what value they will add - for us it was basically NOTHING.

Easy, hassle free, good communication when needed

I have got the trademark register easily. All good.

Put the application into trade mark direct they rang me a month later saying that they forgot to send it to the IPO. MY ADVICE DO IT YOUR SELF. After the poor service I rang the IPO and they are more than happy to help me. I did that for another mark and It was easy. Don't waste your money on this website.
