Good, efficient, knowledgeable company.
Only criticism is when our mark application was challenged Trademark Direct did not explain the full process and potential costs before launching us into it and taking our money for the first stage.

Most efficient and cost effective way to register trade marks.
We had registered another trademark through a trademark agency before that cost more than £6000. We decided to try Trademark Direct for a new trademark request; they amazingly handled the whole registration process including initial advice and professional advice on revision request from trademark officer, very smoothly and efficiently.

Its unfortunate and annoying that some examiners still prefer their own particular non-standard versions. This small, easily remedied hitch aside, your application has now of course been registered. If this is deserving of a one star review I can only Marvel at the perfect service clients of Truth.ms must receive!
