Trade Mark Direct was set up to reduce the cost and uncertainty of trade mark registration. Our unique US patented search technology lets users check for free if their name is available to register as a trade mark. Then our UK experts carry out further searches and advice and clients pay only if these show the name can be registered, all other firms charge for searches. We also offer a unique money back guarantee on our advice fees on most applications.

Save your money!

Having taken lots of our money, £584.00 and £1658.80 they have left us without anything or any advice on how to proceed!
We missed a deadline to appeal an EU decision without getting a reminder from them a few days before!
Contacting them is difficult and they just seem to want to answer everything with an email and you don't often know who you are talking to! Save your money and go to a proper Trademark Agent.

Hello Peter

It is unfortunate that your TM application did not succeed. But we did advise you this was likely at the outset given there are laws around what can and cannot be trademarked, and your logo was weak in this area. But you chose to go ahead even though we advised you you would be putting the cost of the fees at risk and you could walk away then and pay nothing. But you proceeded, we handled the appeal for you as best we could and you were pleased with the arguments we made, though these failed to change the mind of the examiner. aThere has been a great deal of correspondence sent by us to you, and we advised you of all the deadlines well in advance.

We believe you would have had no better outcome with any other firm, and most would have charged you at least three times the amount Trade Mark Direct has.

Great service

Great service, very efficient. Quick respond to any issues. I had someone claiming to be from the EUIPO, trying to get me to pay a huge sum of money. I contacted Trademark Direct who put my mind at ease straight away. They most definitely have my recommendation.

An excellent trademarking company

Trademark Direct explained to me exactly what my options were for my trademark as well as the categories that I could cover with my trademark which I found to be excellent. A lot better than other providers I contacted. They kept me up to date with the progress of my application up to its successful completion. I find their service to be excellent.

Good service

Good service. Reasonably straightforward. I have done by myself in the past, but it can become complicated so in my opinion it was worth paying for to help get it right.
