I found the trademark lawyer at Trade Mark Direct to be one of the rudest people I've ever come across during my 20+ years of professional work. As a paying client, I was trying clarify a couple questions about the TM filing process prior to proceeding with my application. I finally got a call back from her after several days of trying to reach their office, and she was very abrupt and aggressive toward me within a few seconds--seeming frustrated at the fact I didn't fully understand the exact legal process I'd hired her to help me navigate. As a business owner myself who regularly works with clients of my own, I would never talk to a client the way she spoke to me. I'll never work with Trade Mark Direct again, and would recommend you avoid them too if you care about the level or professional courtesy you receive as a client.
