Trademark Direct 

It's been 1 month nobody answers and i call every two days. Don't bother.

To save money in setting up a new business I went about registering for IPO with HMRC on my own. It was easy enough but I became stuck when my application was challenged by a multinational corporation in another country! I was immediately bombarded by law firms and the like with language and terminology that was way beyond my level of understanding. I reached out to Trademark Direct, and after reading and understanding my case offered advice FREE of charge! I am eternally grateful. Sometimes you just need someone else to make sense of things for you.

I rarely take the time to write a review of a company but feel utterly compelled to share my experience of Trademark Direct. I entrusted them to file two trademark applications, one of which I needed to employ another legal firm to take over the application and the second they have done nothing with.

When I was a new customer the communication with Trademark Direct was slow and confusing, their system is not clear and it takes them along time to reply. More recently, I've been asking for an update on an application that I filed in November 2021 and I've reached out to them multiple times through various channels, including emails, phone line, their website's messaging system but to no avail. No one has come back to me. It seems that they are ignoring all my attempts to contact them.

What's more infuriating is that when I did contact them via phone, I was met with an answering team that seemed clueless and uninterested in addressing my concerns. Their only responsibility is to take a message!? Their lack of knowledge, interest and empathy has only added to my frustration, this company has no customer services department or way to escalate issues which has brought me here.

I would greatly appreciate a reply from Trademark Direct, .

For anyone else considering Trademark Direct, I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to others and helps them avoid the regrettable experience I had with this company.

CHARGED US £100 WHEN WE REQUESTED A REFUND.
They charged us for something does not exist.
The next working day after we made a payment we were supposed to get an email from them according to their Terms and Conditions that they accepted our order. After the whole day of ignorance, their director Mark sent us this letter:
Hello Hana
Please keep in mind that we do have other clients who are equally deserving of our time attention as you. Some with important contentious matters that are time critical and involve significant sums. Your filing is clearly not to you, as there has been a 3-week gap between your first contacting us and making payment.
Searches are underway and will be with you soon. If you wish to cancel that is your choice but we will retain time related fees and return the official fees.

He sent this rude email before any confirmation of accepting our order. We never had email confirmation from them by the way.
Reading this email we just wanted to cancel straight away and will never have a deal with that company anymore.
We requested evidence of work they have done for us so far, otherwise, we requested a full refund.
No evidence of work they have done for our case. They said they made research on our behalf, where is that research they charged us for? We never saw it.

A clear and uncomplicated transaction and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Trademark Direct in the future.

Excellent service, they really make this process hassle free. Only downside is there isn't the availability to get through on the phone - in that it always goes to an answering service. However, on balance I imagine this actually speeds up these guys work - overall 5/5

Great service. They provided us with all the necessary information and kept us in the loop all the time. Their turn around time is great, and the process was seamless. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to register a trade mark in the EU and UK.

Excellent - the Trade Mark registry process takes a few months (about 5 months for us) but this is normal and all went well - you are even updated at each stage. The setup was easy to do with the help of Trademark Direct! All you need to do is give them the info (it's not hard) and they do the rest of the work.

They were very helpful and we got our trademark registered without any issues.

Initially service was okay. Didnt really get much support on what to do and how to process application. Application got rejected. I got ill and they sent an email for further instructions no phone call no letter. By the time I got out my application had been withdrawn. I asked what the next process will be. I got a very almost condescending direct response saying theres nothing we can do and offered me a refund for part of process. Which was not even partly acceptable. No other solution offered. Very unprofessional. Zero consideration for customer service its like dealing with robots. For the premium they charge you would expect better service, care and courtesy. Would not use again.

I highly recommend this service, especially if it's the first time you're considering it and don't know where to start, or it just seems too complicated. I filled in a form, replied to a few emails and that was it! It was faster than I expected and the support team always replied to my emails on the same day.
