Useful but frustrating
Overall I felt like this service was useful, however the process of selecting a sample (the example of your work used in commerce) was very frustrating.
Essentially, you pick a class of goods that your slogan is relevant to (e.g. personal training) and then you have to provide a sample of your slogan that relates to that class (like an image or website screenshot). I think I went through ten different options because Trademark Engine kept rejecting them. Which would normally be fine but there was no feedback other than "Sample doesn't match the class description". So it was just trial and error.
There was no way to have a discussion with the paralegal evaluating the sample and no other feedback offered. Even something like "Logo must be present in the picture" or "text needs to specifically say [XYZ]".
EDIT 4/7/26: As you can see in their reply, there is an option to "upgrade" your package to talk to an attorney. What they don't tell you is that in the sample selection phase, your sample is reviewed by a paralegal, not an attorney. There's no reason to pay an attorney's hourly rate just to get two sentences of guidance on your sample. The basic package should include some sort of explanation of why your sample gets rejected - surely this would save everyone, including them, time.

The $59 charge is for the certified copy, which is only added if selected during checkout. The $450 filing fee per class is also clearly shown throughout the checkout process before completing an order.
Your order was canceled, and both amounts ($59 and $450) were fully refunded.
The subscription includes a free trial and can be declined during checkout. In this case, it was canceled along with your order during the trial period.

"Lured to this service"
I was lured to this service at an alleged price of $49.00. Halfway into the process, my credit card had been charged $450. They had done nothing prior to this charge that wasn't automated.
So I paid $149 for nothing. Awful Fraud transaction.

The $450 filing fee is shown during checkout before completing your order. After purchase, your application was not simply automated—your selected classes were reviewed, suggestions were provided, and both paralegal and attorney reviews were completed.
Because work had already been performed on your application, only a partial refund was issued.
