I have been going through the Trademark process for a couple of years now, starting with an attorney who laughed at my trademark idea, and clearly thought it was dumb. The second attorney I presented my idea to was more positive; but quit his job 1/2 way through my application. Neither communicated much about the process. I pivoted over to Trademark Engine at that point, and this is where ELLA helped my idea to fruition. The service I received from ELLA and a couple other representatives, far exceeded the two attorneys that came before. My trademark was approved then rather quickly, even before I was ready; and once again Trademark Engine and ELLA assisted with the extensions I needed. ELLA provided great customer service and calm, knowledgeable direction throughout the process. I'm a very satisfied customer, and will recommend them every chance I get!

I had a very bad experience with Trademark Engine.

They filed my trademark application, but when the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued an Office Action, they submitted incorrect responses multiple times. In my case, the Office Action responses were filed incorrectly three different times, which created unnecessary delays and complications.

They also submitted the specimen incorrectly, which caused another problem with the application.

Each time a new issue appeared, they asked for additional service fees to submit another response. Instead of properly fixing the problem, the process turned into repeated corrections with more charges.

As a customer, it honestly felt like the mistakes were being repeated just so more fees could be charged for additional filings.

When I raised these concerns, they refused to take responsibility and simply offered another paid service to fix the problem.

This experience cost me time and money. I would strongly recommend filing directly with the United States Patent and Trademark Office or using a real trademark attorney instead.

Exceptional Support from Ben – Handled my LLC Name Change perfectly!

I am currently in the process of a major rebrand for my company and product, and Ben at Trademark Engine was incredibly helpful. I needed to update the owner name on my pending application from my old entity to my new one (Axymi LLC).
