I was very pleased with the experience!
I am seeing loads of 1 star reviews that I dont understand. Trademarkia did not try to scam me nor was it surprising that there were additional government fees that they cannot charge you for initially. It is very common for a Trademark services to charge you for their services and then come back to you with what it will cost to file through the USPTO. Thats not a scam and people dont seem to understand the process.
Trademarkia made this process easy and their communication was very detailed. I will gladly work with them on future trademarks.

If you want your trademark messed up, filed wrong, and costing extra, use Trademarkia. Would not recommend.
I wouldn’t recommend using Trademarkia. I hired them twice for two different marks and both times the lawyer filed them wrong, only to be “fixed” by paying more. My second one went through smoothly after that but with my first one, the lawyer made SO many mistakes that I ended up hiring a real trademark lawyer and transferring it over to them. Do yourself a favor and hire a trademark attorney from the start and don’t use Trademarkia.

We filed the mark MEANT FOR MORE with USPTO on November 15, 2021. The mark received an office action on September 09, 2022. We contacted you regarding OA for the mark but you withdrew power of attorney on February 01, 2023, and chose the other law firm.

SCAMMING CUSTOMERS
I placed the order on saturday and on tuesday I wrote them to cancel the order (within the time period the established on they policy) the attorney John Michel Miller send me an email and for a simple mail they wanted to charge me all monthly price FOR A MAIL 99$ for a piece of email. avoid to working with these people, they are scammers and not serious at all. i reported them to the FTC

I was dealing with a refusal of registration that required me to hire an attorney in the United States (I live abroad), and that's how I found Trademarkia.

USPTO Trade Mark registration and not being able to log into my account despite my repeated asking for help being ignored al the time by their company .
Hi , for the past 4 months I am not able to Log in into my account at their web site of TradeMarkia.com ,and each time I try to log in the system says my Email is not Recognized ,and I did send many letters to their support team and other people involved , but nothing got Fixed and their IT team is not responding to my complaints .
I am really worried about this company’s honesty as of not and I filled for USPTO trade Mark registration and paid them the required fees , I could see that my TM was being processed at USPTO.GOV , now I am at the last stage of the process , but want to charge me another fees for this final stage ,I have to find out if that is the norme .
However I am really frustrated with their lack of care for my last 4 months of not being able to log into my account at their web site , and hopefully they will not act like a Gold Diggers in my case .
The moral damage they have caused me by ignoring my complaints about the logging into my account is great ,I expect to pay half of the amount for the next step to my procedures for finalizing the TM registration to compensate for my agonizing moral damage .
And they should respond to my Emails and complaints ,but they ignore and do not show any care ..

SCAM TRADEMARK SERVICE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
I paid $99 for the "trademark service." Trademark Order #2102574. Got a video chat from Katie Yoches and she say they need to draft a letter of consent. 14 days passed and nothing happened. I have send them a total of 3 emails on different days during these 14 days and there were no reply. So I cancel my subscription as well as terminating their service. The moment I made my cancellation they responded with the consent letter and charge a $200. on my card for the cancellation. I have reported them to the FTC - FTC Report Number 162926397 and asking the bank to recover the money

The packaged you opted $99 is subscription package that comes with monitoring service which is billed at $99/quarter for you trademark. If you cancelled the service prior to the third quarter, you are automatically upcharged to $299. That is our unbundled package.
As I notice you already told to our Attorney that you want to cancel the trademark service. Our refund team will contact you soon.

Total scam. They charged my card without my permission for things I did not agree to ‘privacy premium guard’ and ‘monitoring’
I would avoid because they will take money from your card. I am reporting them to the FTC
